My breakfast. Half bread and toasted cheese. Xl Zumo and Cafe con Leche

I Need Coffee- says it all. Serves great coffee in L and XL sizes. Zumo same. Excellent local breakfast. Sorry I didn't discover my first day. But eat here twice. Owner is friendly. Speaks excellent English and is welcoming. Makes his own pastries. I watched him bringing out cookie sheets. Chocolate croissant was delicious. It even managed a 3 hr bus trip stuffed in my suitcase. Was still fresh. Hope to return next year. BTW. Great music selection

Gennaro + the banana bread he makes fresh in the shop!

I was studying in Granada at the University of Granada and one of the favorite things in the city was spending time at I Need Coffee. Not only do they have wonderful coffee, but they also have vegan and gluten free banana breads and vegan croissants that are amazing (even to non-vegans). Also, they have wonderful toasts and bagels if you need something more substancial. Honestly, my favorite part was the staff and the people that I met in the coffee shop. Gennaro is so so kind, will remember your name, and engage in conversation with you. And you get to meet people from all over the world just waiting for your coffee. Cannot recommend enough!

Smaller, cozy full of character Bar area and the whole place is filled with bottles. 5 tables outside but for me inside was much more interesting. I ordered a Verdejo and my Server brought out a complimentary tomato Tapa and Salami. Tomatoes were super fresh and slightly salted-delicious! Everything on the menu looked good! I ordered the Sturgeon, Foie Gras and White Sausage. The Sturgeon was exquisite with the tomatoes and peppers pairing perfectly! Should have taken the big order. Foie Gras and white sausage (mild) were simple, tasty and didn't disappoint. My Server was friendly and worked to bring out the dishes as they were ready given my time crunch. About an 8 minute walk from the city center and well worth it. Make the stop for some high quality/reasonably priced Tapas and Wine in a unique space.

We went for tapas and great tapas we got!…read more We had the beans in the little clay pots, we also split a machete anchovy sandwich (so good) and pimento stuffed olives. Plus the house vermut. It did not disappoint. The place is super busy (for a good reason) but the staff still managed to help us pick what we wanted. This is what a tapas place is supposed to be.. The bar is beautiful and those barrels of house made vermut made it look and feel so authentic.

This is a little tapas bar that is popular with the locals. We got a ton of food (1 small sandwich,…read moreone large sandwich, 2 croquettes, and 2 "free with drink" tapas) and 2 drinks (beer and vermouth) for only 10,80 Euros. Whooooa. What a steal!!! The downsides - they don't really speak English, the menu is Spanish only, and it's crowded and standing room only type of bar - so it's hard to get the attention of the bartenders if you don't speak Spanish or don't know how to navigate a Spanish tapas bar. The food was ok in terms of quality, nothing super delicious but not bad either. Just average. But the value was phenomenal. The free tapas options that come w your drink(s) are a saucy rice & meat dish w bread or a mushroom dish with bread. The mushrooms looked canned (ew) so we went with the rice/meat/veggies dish which was pretty good.
