I'm only giving a two star rating because of the following: While at IOP I arrived thirty minutes early a few times, and the admin was quick to scold me for being too early. This was quite annoying because I live in Cypress, and I had to drive thirty minutes to an hour to get there. This is not something that a paying customer should have to endure. The Aftercare program, which I also attended, was much less beneficial. It quickly became apparent that it was just a repeat of the IOP program. To me, it was simply a waste of time and money. I found that the therapist who led the group would let certain people monopolize the time which became a source of frustration that caused me to quit. Needless to say, the issues with the admin's customer service skills continued during this time as well.

I'm a fighter. I've fought mentally, I've fought physically, and I've fought emotionally. I've been through some serious trauma in this life, where most people would have given up and just walked away. Or just decided that this life is too hard for them and they are ready to find peace. Melanie took me on this journey. It started off with hypnosis. I was in so deep I no longer felt my physical body. It felt like I fell through the floor into nothingness. Then the images came. I was a very large male warrior in a past life. My live wasn't exactly great, but it had it's good moments. My death was pretty disturbing, but I felt no fear. It was my time. One thing she told us is if you see an angel, stay with the angel. I realize now I did see an angel, but I didn't know it then. I couldn't quite describe her, so I said she was a nun. Back in 863 bc I'm not sure there were nuns. There were also no perfectly clean women in baby blue with a white light around them. Everyone is dirty.
