People often left the group crying. The price is high but they do take insurance plans. There was a patient in our IOP group sending inappropriate messages to participants and he was allowed to stay in the group despite disclosure. It was an all around bizarre experience that I truly regret.

For once in my life I feel as if I can sleep, maintain a healthy diet, and communicate better with my loved ones and peers. But of course there are always the general fall backs you can have, they are so great at keeping you from feeling guilty or losing sight of your journey. I can honestly say seeing their commitment, passion, and care really has helped me be a better version of myself I never thought I can fall in love with again when I looked in the mirror. They help you learn about yourself, discover things you never realized, and balance out your life.
