I had one of my children tested for 504/special ed when he was in 1st grade and she was great with him. Later, when my 11-year-old needed testing and she was on medical leave, I waited through an extended medical leave, just so I could have my child with someone I trust. Katy ISD told me they would pay for someone else, but I chose to wait it out. She is back in the office now, so waiting isn't necessary, BUT, SHE IS WORTH ANY WAIT. She and her staff work hard to meet their patient's schedules and needs and always do what is best for the child. She is calm, easy to understand, and both my children liked her.
