This gym is for hobbyists and if you want to do anything more intense than losing calories this gym is not for you. Noah refused to train me for 2 weeks leading up to a jiu jitsu competition, talked bad about me to other students and openly questioned my work ethic when I tried to make improvements. I finally figured out the issue, I was never getting better and never making improvements to satisfy Noah because his training program is actually garbage. His entire regimen is bagwork. And he expected me to compete in an amateur boxing competition?! I would have gotten mauled. The coaching staff is non existent. Only one of the two coaches are qualified to work there. I am not kidding you when I say my first coach was a 120~ish pound guy who was tatted everywhere and has a history of drug abuse outside the gym. Although it is one of the less extreme offenses Noah has openly lied to me about being the owner of a black belt in jiu jitsu. I learned more jiu jitsu from the EA UFC-4 video game than I did from Noah. When I had told Noah I wanted to transfer to an MMA gym because his gym didn't offer MMA classes he banned me from the gym forever. In conclusion, I hope Noah gets his act together, this gym is not going to physically exist in the next 5 years the way it is being operated. If your a hobbyist that just wants to hit mitts and jog no shame in that, but if you're a serious competitor let this gym stay an after thought in your head, it is borderline mc-dojo. read more

Noah is great! I walked into boxing a complete beginner and Noah made me feel welcomed right from the start. Boxing classes are not only extremely fun, but they teach you correct way to box including varying types of drills and training. Noah encourages sparring as it is the best way to learn, but does not force anybody into anything they are not comfortable with. Noah does a great job of getting students to be comfortable and try different things. Boxing class is great for any beginner and any advanced and elite fighters. I have advanced my skills in boxing so fast and have learned so much through Noah. The difference from my first day to now is incredible. On top of all of that, it is a great workout. Doing boxing class followed by kickboxing class, I burned 2,000 calories. A different occasion I did boxing followed by sparring and also burned 2,000 calories. In my 2 months with Noah, I have built a crazy high amount of cardio, balance, and strength just through boxing. I am able to last in cardio workouts longer than I ever have, and my shoulder strength is stronger than it ever has been all thanks to Noah. I moved near this gym last fall. I'm older middle aged and I was looking to get in shape after letting myself go for years. I know from experience that old style boxing gyms are the best way to get in shape. Also, I always enjoyed martial arts and sparring when I was in shape and it was available. This was the first, maybe only, boxing gym I could find in the area. I liked it the moment I first entered. It felt like a proper boxing/mma gym. It had the right equipment for martial arts training . It has all the weights, benches, pull up bars you need. And various ropes and bands for climbing , and heavy ropes on the ground. Also there is plenty of open floor space and lots of heavy bags plus 3 speed bags. There are stair climbing machines as well. In terms of training, Noah is very good. His boxing classes are very hands on and teach a lot. Kick boxing and jujitsu are also excellent. There is a good group of people that spar, both boxing and jujitsu. Noah employs 2 other boxers who teach and they are both very good and committed to their craft. If you want to learn martial arts or want your kid to learn then go to this place. read more

Really love this gym, and Noah and is a fantastic boxing/MMA trainer. The facility is very well organized with plenty of great equipment and space. The ability to go open air is also really convenient as it gets warmer and during COVID. I started going as a way to get back in shape while having some fun and learning something new, but quickly got sucked into wanting to go as often as possible. The one on one training sessions are great - Noah is very personable and knowledgeable, and starts you off with a real lesson plan on Day 1 that matches whatever you're comfortable with. The personal training packages are a great deal, especially considering you can use the facilities during open gym times. Definitely plan on going here and working with Noah for a long time to come. As someone who previously hopped from gym to gym, I was immediately hooked by I Noah, where the instructors' know-how and attention to detail enhanced my fighting at a rapid rate. At the same time, I never felt as if I was in danger of getting hurt, since the students always made sure to spar light agains those who had less experience. I trained at I Noah for a few months before heading off to college. Within that time frame I grew significantly in a number of ways. For starters, I learned to implement my favorite UFC fighters' techniques. Along with that, I saw my cardio and strength improve significantly. This place is awesome. Noah has been putting me through the full experience. It's amazing what this gym has to offer. From MMA classes and instruction to weight training and conditioning. There are a few classes I haven't tried, but I've seen lots of sport specific classes here as well. I personally like the one on one coaching with Noah for MMA. He's extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel totally comfortable trying something new (especially because I've never done anything like MMA before). He'll also give you a killer workout to boot. I feel at home here. I went to lifetime fitness my whole life and this gym blows it out of the water. The community is awesome and Noah is such a great guy! Welcomes anyone with open arms.
