My date and I were looking for something fun to do during COVID that seemed safe and found I Painted That. The sign up for classes were very affordable and easy. As of right now, they only allow 25% capacity for each class and everyone was separated pretty far from each other to fulfill with COVID safety precautions. It is BYOB so don't be afraid to bring your favorite glass of wine or tequila! We had such an enjoyable time painting. The instructor was very personable and easy to follow. I definitely would recommend for anybody who is looking for something fun to do during this pandemic!

This is a BYOB painting session! I had soooo much fun there yesterday with my girls. In order to register for a session, you need to give them a call and tell them how many spots you want, your information and your card info. They won't charge anything at the time, but if you don't show up or cancel within 48 hours of your session, they'll charge you. You can also make a reservation online but it seemed like you needed to have a Paypal account. West side and east side have different calendars so you can pick one that fits your schedule the most. Also, you can see what you're gonna paint on the calendar too. The instructor was nice and she was showing us tips constantly so that even people who have no experience of painting can enjoy. If you have a military ID, you get $5 off. Normal price is $35. Also, I heard you'll get some kind of discount for next time if you tag yourself in the picture they will post on Facebook. It was definitely a great opportunity for me to socialize with others through painting and I'm definitely gonna join the session again!!

This was our first time ever doing a sip & paint and I wanted to surprise my partner with a super cute date night. I've been thinking about spin this for a while since El Paso doesn't have much to offer outside of food, movies and bars for dates (I'm from Cali) the cost was 80( a little more pricey than what we expected and experienced) and was at an offsite location(which was fine because we were familiarized with the other place it was held at). The other reviews made it seem as if it was terrible that the classes didn't start on time but the instructor was just getting to know everyone and waiting for everyone to get there & sign in. The drinks were complimentary(first round only) due to it being held offsite. I maybe would have appreciated more instruction but it was honestly great. The atmosphere was awesome and our paintings came out great. We'd probably do it again.

I took my daughter here for some bonding time. It was easy to follow the directions from the lead artist.

The hospital/offices are well kept, staff is seemingly friendly, and at least in my experience, appointments are easy to come by. Granted, I don't need much (as I still receive TriCare services as a retiree), and I'm 100% disabled... meaning, experiences will vary depending what you need and what you're covered to get. But for me, I'm pleased.

Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard veterans should expect when dealing with sensitive privacy matters. When I asked for clarification about missing documentation, unexplained late entries, and improper contact, Mr. Jones stated on a recorded call that requesting my medical record to be accurate was "harassment." This response was surprising and unprofessional, especially given that veterans have a legal right to request corrections and explanations under federal privacy regulations. Throughout the interaction, Mr. Jones was dismissive, avoided answering basic questions, and declined to explain processes that fall directly under his responsibilities as a Privacy Officer. Instead of providing transparency or guidance, the communication felt defensive and unhelpful. Veterans rely on the Privacy Office for accuracy, clarity, and accountability. My experience with David Jones did not reflect those values, and I hope the VA takes steps to ensure veterans receive respectful and informative support when addressing their medical records. Expect David Jones to play the victim after creating victims with his behavior. There is nothing as comparable as neglectful and dysfunctional this place.
