Now the price was $25k! including gst if yu did a cash deal. I left empty handed. I saw Jacky's advert on KIJIJI and went to look at it and it was good. No pressure and a straight forward process. The best thing was he didn't push a warranty and other hidden charges on me. He did offer a 3rd party warranty if I was interested, but that was it. The car only came with one key, and Jacky offered to get a second one made up for me at no charge.
