Once I brought the car into them I dealt with Brian who also was very nice. Both guys were patient with my silly questions and constant change of plans. They kept the pricing as low as possible knowing that I was begging and borrowing to pay the bill. The final total was more that 50% less that all three other quotes. B&R will be my first call for any car needs. They were able to located the used part I needed in 2 hours where all the other shops couldn't find one after 2 days and tried to charge me over 1200 for a new one while B&R charged me under 200.
