We were unsure what to do with it. We got quite a few bids to make repairs and all in 1 handyman's bid was the best by far. It took a while for us to pull the trigger , so I really appreciated his patience. It was a big job, and not only did he finish it very quickly, in 4 days, but he was more thorough than expected.
