We informed them in the beginning that we can't get WiFi in the country but they still installed the wrong thermostat. I have called and called them over here for several years and they finally figured out it was a thermostat issue and now the heat pump went out in early June 2021, and we are sitting here waiting for them to come and fix the system in this hot heat and the house gets up to 88° in the daytime. This is not right. Waiting for 2 weeks!??? Come on! We are hot and furious.
