The best choice ive made all week, instead of going through insurance having to pay twice as much for my iphone 4

Called to inquire about iPhone screen repair. I asked how much it cost and he said it was $69 for a 6. He neglected to inform me that the next phone up is a price jump of $50-$70. I worked through my lunch to get off early so I could get there before they closed. Once I get there I am told my phone will cost $150 for the screen. The Yelp check in doesn't get you a discount, just a ploy to get you in there. Left without getting my screen fixed, I'd rather go to Apple if I'm going to pay an arm and a leg and drive to BFE. read more

I really searched around for a credible place to take my iPhone 4s to be repaired(screen shattered) I came across this place on yelp and I'm so glad I did. Where everyone else was charging me anywhere from 150$ to 200$ to have my screen replaced they charged me 104$... The repair was done quickly, all while I sat and had a conversation with them... Sadly I have been here numerous times. Greg's quick professional service does not ease the pain of yet another "iDisaster" but at least a broken screen doesn't mean a trip to verizon or the apple store. Probably have had 7 repairs done here always in about an hour. I doesn't matter that I have to drive 30 minutes each way (without traffic) and that there is nothing to do while I wait for the miraculously repaired iPhones. Reliability is the key here. read more

My girlfriend's iPhone 4's screen and sleep button magically took a dump one day. We asked AT&T how much it would be to get a replacement through her insurance plan. They informed us it would be $200... So we found this place. They took us in 20 minutes before closing and fixed the sleep button/replaced the screen for $100. MUCH better. Excellent service and they seem to know their stuff pretty well. I think I'll be taking my older iPod there soon for a fresh battery. read more

My phone screen was a real mess. I can't count how many times I dropped it. Big chunks of glass were missing. I thought I definitely needed a new phone. I brought it in, he fixed it within an hour or so and I had my phone back in almost new condition. (Nothing he could do about the dings and small dents in the metal casing.) My daughter dropped her iTouch and completely shattered the screen! Few things will put the brakes on a good day off like a busted iTouch. Man, my daughter had a melt down like no other.. Anyways, this was an EMERGENCY and I needed to get it fixed and quick.. Busted out my Yelp app and Bamm! 43 five star reviews for We Want To Fix (this is 44). No questions asked just give me directions! Sure enough, we get there and it's this really cool guy and he offers to fix the iTouch at a very reasonable price, he even offers to stay open a extra hour so I can come back and pick it up!! It takes a few hours to fix these things.. I just picked it up the next day and it was like new! Can't say enough, I highly recommend this place if you ever have a iTouch, iPhone or iPad disaster. read more

I had my new iphone screen in 30 minutes from when I walked in the door. For a total of $106. It was definitely worth it! Also, when you get to the building, walk up the stairs to the second floor..the first floor is a medical school or something. Walk up to the reception desk and tell them you are there for the we want to fix team. They call them up and they come out to bring you into the office. It was nice and clean and professional. I hope I don't have to go back again, but if I do..I know where I'm going! OH, they use Apple certified screens and such..so don't worry about quality! read more

Wonderful and professional service! I went in to get my MacBook Pro looked at and Greg explained a number of options of how to proceed in the repairs. He explained Apple service and why they were wanting to charge me 1260 in repairs for the MacBook I purchased only 2 months ago for 1800. In my opinion Apple is way overcharging. After the deceptive and rude customer service from Apple, having an honest technician (Greg) tell me about the options for a very pricy and important computer was a relief. WeWantToFix is very knowledgable about their trade and give the facts, leaving you with the options. I recommend always going to WeWantToFix before Apple to get an honest answer. In my experience Apple tries to charge you a ridiculous amount to take advantage of your ignorance. I am honestly ignorant of computers, and I am glad I've found WeWantToFix so I won't be taken advantage of again. WeWantToFix is also incredibly fast. Thought it's about time I write a review. I bought an iPod classic off eBay a couple years back that knowingly did not work. If you are looking for some place honest, that does great work and has excellent customer service than this is the place and don't waste your time with some of these others like I did. I went to one of the competitors to have a screen on an iphone fixed and they ended causing more damage to my phone than it is worth and will not return my calls. Let's just say that WWTF is awesome! With my husband and I, it first started out by us looking for a place to fix the screen of his 3GS iPhone because it had cracked. Greg had the lowest price around for a legit company. We were leery about going to just anyone because of the quality of work as well as the quality of the products used. Greg assured us that we had a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. We brought in the phone and in less than 15 minutes we were done. I just got back from seeing Greg about my laptop, which had been dropped and needed a new screen. After dropping off the laptop, Greg called me and notified me that I needed a new hard drive as well because it had been damaged in the drop. He offered me a choice between re-furbished or new, which was nice, and updated my OS. Everything was ready in a timely manner, prices were very reasonable and much cheaper than anywhere else you would go, and he kept in touch over the two days that he worked on my computer. This was a very pleasant experience. I had been dealing with an airport card issue dropping wifi randomly on my macbook. I emailed We want to fix and got an immediate response saying they could help. I brought my macbook in and Greg said he could fix it the same day if he had the correct part. He called me an hour later saying he had the correct part and the computer was fixed. My Iphone Battery was shot, so after making an appointment and wasting an hour in Mission Viejo Mall, at the apple store, they charged my card for $160.92; since they would not just change a battery, they had to change the whole Iphone, which I think it was stupid. Then they did not have a way to transfer my Data, so I canceled with them and took the iphone to this guy and he changed the battery in 10 minute at a fraction of the cost. Next time, forget about apple store, i will go to him. read more

I have used We Want To Fix three times. Each was fantastic. The first time it was to replace a screen that was broken. Greg took care of it within 24 hours and did a great job. The second was far scarier. I have a client with a Mac laptop that was a key piece of evidence in a trial. The battery exploded and we were worried that the data was lost. Greg was able to both fix the laptop and make a backup of the entire hard drive the same day we brought it to him. The third was for a broken digitizer on an iPad. As always, Greg did a great job.
