He quoted me a great price and promised to have the phone fixed before closing if I brought in today. True to his word, he left my phone looking brand new. Now I can trade it in for an iphone 6! Took my phone in today for what I assumed was water damage. I had the blue screen of death and after spending a night searching the internet (bad idea) I just knew my phone was gone and with no apple care Id be out another $676 dollars. Unfortunately I broke my iPhone 3GS screen on Christmas Eve and the closest place I could take it to was this one. I had a difficult time finding the building, so be sure to look at the building numbers because it is easy to miss. They took no more than 20 minutes to fix my phone which was great! I used the $5 off coupon from their website, so be sure to print that out before going. I believe the $10 off coupon on Yelp is invalid now, but for some reason it hasnt been taken off yet (Plus, it can only be used on your 2nd visit there). Their service also includes a 90 day warranty which is also very helpful in my case because I think something is wrong with my new screen -_- So I'm definitely going back for another visit. read more

I asked him for a quote on a repair and he advised me it would be cheaper to go through the maker and explained if he did it, what parts would be original and what would be aftermarket. Quick, friendly service. I've been coming here for about two years and it's about the cheapest, honest work you can find around here for iPhone screens. I used to come to WeWantToFix for my iPhone5 and now for my regular 6, but the quality hasn't changed. Right now he's doing a deal where the original Apple glass screen for an iPhone 6 repair is $120 depending on the damages, but only $70 for a knock off glass that still does the job. I went with the cheaper option and haven't regretted it yet, there's a slight visible difference but nothing you won't get used to within the day. read more

Found this business through an internet search. So glad we went to them. iPhone was dropped and the screen went black. Could still hear the phone ring and text messages coming in, but just couldn't see anything on the screen. From what we researched, it could be the connection came loose or the LCD was broken. As others have stated, it is on the 2nd floor. There is a receptionist that will ask who you are there to see. We just stated "cell phone repair". So she told us there was one customer ahead of us and we could wait in the cafe room. She informed them we were there waiting. Within a few minutes a gal came out to us and asked what was wrong. We described the problem and she told us it could be 1 of 2 possible problems which we kind of already knew. Rather than make us wait for the other customer to be finished, she took the iPhone back to the office and came back 5 minutes later saying the connection had come loose and so within 10 minutes and $20.00 later, the phone was back in working order. As you know, this is very important to a 17 year old LOL We are so glad we found this place. We will definitely be coming back. 5 Stars all the way!
