I appreciated how patient and responsive they were whenever I had questions. On pickup day, everything was handled with care and professionalism. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and that gave me a lot of confidence. When everything arrived in Houston, both my car and the container were in perfect condition--just as I left them. This experience took a huge weight off my shoulders during what could have been a stressful transition. I spoke with "Jack Smith" who guaranteed pickup of car the next day. I asked where they were located and he indicated Houston. When I did not hear back from Jack a few days later, I called and was told he would follow-up. I also asked if he was a broker to which he stated no. He said they were carrier and had their own teams moving the cars. After several attempts to find out when car woukd be picked up, either jack was out of the office or I received the "let me find out and get back to you". A week and a half later Im informed by a second partythat they picked up car. The quite was given to me Jack with Guarantee that no additional or hidden charges, etc. second party starting texting me that I owe more money Amounting to more than 600 additional. i confirmed address on both side before signing my contract with Jack however the second person informs me they can't find my car bc it's a as address. I sent him corrected info several times. Also the end address was switched to another address appear 1 1/2 hours from my address which was Guaranteed to come to my house again by Jack. I got the royal runaround throughout this entire ordeal. Each time I called Jack there's the same old song and dance from him or no answer. When I did get hold of him he said that he would be reaching out to the guys and getting it taken care of. I gave him the phone numbers that had been calling and texting me, still response. Morning of, we have to drive 1 1/2 hours to drop off location and waited. After being there for about an hour or more we get call saying they moved location to another spot another hour away from my home. Runaround after runaround! Im sure they will say that can't confirm Im a paying customer. Please do not fall for these scammers! They will promise everything to get contract and hussle you for more money. In the end, the ppl I signed with sold this out to another company and no one was honest about this at all. If I could give negative star reviews that would be more fitting.

Autoplex Transport handled my situation with unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for basic business ethics. My daughter's Rav4 was rendered inoperable after a crash outside Dallas and parked in a lot in Kennedale. I live in Houston and have not physically inspected the vehicle; all I know--and clearly stated--is that the car does not run. Through uShip, Autoplex Transport quoted me $400 to move the Rav4 to Houston and explicitly confirmed they could transport an inoperable vehicle at that price. A representative, Luz Djeddah, repeatedly pressed for a $150 deposit, which I eventually sent via Zelle, and I have records to prove the payment. He scheduled pickup for Monday, 6/29/06 and claimed a driver was ready. On the scheduled day, Luz delayed sharing the driver's number, then finally sent it. When I reached the driver, he spoke only Spanish, so I used a translation app to communicate--only to be told the transport had been cancelled because a forklift was required to load the inoperable Rav4 onto the truck. This critical requirement was never mentioned to me by Autoplex in advance. When I called Luz to clarify, he acted as though he had no idea the dispatch was cancelled and quickly became hostile. He accused me of not disclosing that the car was inoperable (despite it being documented on uShip and discussed with him directly), and claimed I hadn't specified where the car was parked. He dismissed my explanation of the accident and my lack of direct access to the vehicle, saying my "story" didn't matter. Luz then escalated matters by threatening storage charges for a third-party lot--over which Autoplex has no direct control--and even suggested putting a lien on my vehicle, despite their failure to perform the agreed transport. This is an outrageous response to a customer who acted in good faith and provided all known information. As of this writing, Autoplex Transport, through Luz, has not returned my $150 deposit, even though they did not complete the service they promised and cancelled the transport on their side. I am a business owner myself, and I would never treat customers with this level of disrespect or disregard. Potential clients should be aware that, based on my experience, Autoplex Transport is a company that does not stand behind its commitments and is willing to threaten customers rather than resolve issues professionally.

The day before the pick up, my truck driver Derek actually showed up early but was accommodating to the fact that I wasn't ready. The only miscommunication we had was that I was told my car would not be picked up on a Sunday yet the driver was ready on a Sunday. However Derek was able to come early Monday instead and it took about 5 days for my car to arrive to California on Friday. Overall it was a stress free experience as moves can always be so frustrating, I appreciate this company for taking care of my needs.
