He maintained communication while locating an available driver, again it was a major holiday weekend. The driver was friendly, professional and accommodating. The vehicle was picked up at 3:30pm and delivered to my mother by 9am the next day. The cost of shipping with Benny was reasonable and worth every penny. I would definitely use his services again if ever needing to transport my vehicles.

I have shipped my car over a dozen times. Maybe once duplicating a transport service. I chose this location because they were local to my outgoing destination ( Houston). Prices were on the lower end side and booked a few weeks prior to shipping my car back to Ohio. I usually pay for higher end companies like Montway etc. I emailed the local manager and told him my concerns and my issues with communication during shipping process. Very friendly but this was the worst communication of any shipping company i have used. Would tell me daily that someone would definitely let.me.know yay or ney if there was a driver. Never got a call. Had to call daily to check if possibly pick up. No but I will definitely have someone call you to let.you know. Crickets. I'm here on a work contract so I'm on a bit of a time crunch and to have to take time out my work day every day during pick up.period. Yep I emailed and left voicemail to please give an update. Nothing. The only saving grace that gives them 3 stars.is the driver they chose. I met him.in Houston. Told him I'm flying back.to Toledo and going on my birthday trip on such n such a date. Och Trans is a carrier company that have partners with broker company NexGen Auto transport. I had a car shipped cross country from one state to another. A heavy duty tarp/car cover was provided. The broker company requested several times to the OCH driver to apply the tarp. The driver himself spoke very little english and was very hard to communicate with during the transportation process. Upon delivery, the car arrived was extremely damaged with scratches everywhere and cracks in the window. The driver pointed to his insurance and recommended to open a claim. The drivers insurance company was BetterBind insurance and they said they can move forward but they need OCH Trans to start the process. OCH Trans refused to start the process. Highly not recommendable and shady company. If you use a brokerage , make sure it's not OCH Trans Fair warning

I followed up weeks, months, and days, day before in advance because we had a lot riding on this transport (flights, hotels scheduled) to be there to receive the car. Day before still no driver available due to "no drivers available, high gas prices". However this company was referred to me from a business associate who used them often for transporting logistics vans. I had trust in this company due the referral. I was so stressed out for my son that I had a panic attack the day before. He ended up driving the car 19 hours by himself and had to also get a hotel room. I understand stuff happens, but this was planned months in advance and if I had had any inclination of this, we would have planned accordingly. Do not trust this company.

The day before the pick up, my truck driver Derek actually showed up early but was accommodating to the fact that I wasn't ready. The only miscommunication we had was that I was told my car would not be picked up on a Sunday yet the driver was ready on a Sunday. However Derek was able to come early Monday instead and it took about 5 days for my car to arrive to California on Friday. Overall it was a stress free experience as moves can always be so frustrating, I appreciate this company for taking care of my needs.

Now I personally have to contact insurance and file claim. I would not recommend this company as they did not manage expectations or provided adequate information on status of car delivery.
