I visited the vape shop on Sunday, October 27 at 4:00 PM and a wonderful young man by the name of Hennessy was one of the kindest people I have ever that was on a customer service level. It was more than just helpful. It was very generous, and even offered to order the item I was looking for that. They did not currently have in stock. I highly suggest anybody visit this big shop anytime you're in Central Park. My girlfriend and I are in the habit of ordering dry vaporizers on the internet. We tend to go with cheap Atmos style vape pens. The holidays are coming up and we have run out of time to order online without spending far too much. We spoke to Ron here quite extensively. He pointed out what would be good for a person that was used to the Atmos Dart that we used. He also considered the price. The price is higher for the item than online, BUT I get it in my hands immediately. My girlfriend was able to ask any questions she might have and did not feel rushed. She is the primary user of the vape pen so we needed her to be comfortable with her decision. Ultimately the EXCELLENT customer service will take this place as a serious contender for our business versus the cheaper internet costs. The cost increase was fair considering it is a retail business that needs to pay for the shop location. Thank you very much for making this as easy as it can be.
