This is at least my 2nd review of this place and it applies to all their locations. No matter where I go I wish each town had a Smoke N Vape. I kind of dread having to go anywhere else honestly. The reason I had to leave another review today is bc it was an exceptionally hard day and Nancy (who I think is the owner/manager) literally helped turn it around. Storytime! I live with and care for a retired Dr and her standard poodles and unfortunately I've had to experience the loss of a doggy more times than I would ever wish on anyone. Today was one of those days. I left for work knowing that the next time I saw poor Carter, he would not be alive. My boyfriend stayed with him through his last breath and in my distraughtness I left my nic vape at home and I boy did I need it today. When I got to the store, Nancy was working and I told her a brief summary of my morning and went on with buying my vape and a couple 420 items. After I took my bag of goodies she grabbed a small box from next to the register wrapped and a bow on top with a tag that said "To: Valued Customer". She told me she had been waiting to give it to someone and she couldn't have picked a better time. I will FOREVER continue to recommend this establishment, no matter the location bc I have never found a kinder set of staff at any other smoke and vape or tobacco shop. They hire the best too bc I have not met an employee there I didn't like and I've been going here for at least three years. read more

Buyers Beware 0 stars for customer service, they will not stand by the products they sell, bought 2 disposable vapes 1 was fine other a dud. I have bought a smok MAG 225 since my last review. When I got home it wasn't working well, but they let me bring it right back and exchange it. Yesterday I bought a Dead Dabbit dripperr to run on that mod on a recommendation from the guys who work there. This is my first dripper, so I don't have anything else to compare it to. I have used tanks previously. I can tell you that it's fixed virtually everything that was wrong with the tanks that I've used previously. Granted you have to make or install your own coils and cotton, but it is almost 100% leak-proof. It fires up and really puts out some good clouds. I'm glad they made this recommendation, and as usual it is worked out quite well. The guys are quite polite, the selection is expanding even more, and I always learn something new while I'm there. I would definitely recommend that you give this place a try and if you're unsure about things, you can trust their recommendations. Now I'm looking forward to figuring out what types of coil I like to run in it. I'm running some sort of a Clapton now and it seems to do great with flavor and clouds. I was so hesitant about ever going to a drip, but they really helped me understand the pros and cons of each different type. read more

Prices were very high compared to every other manassas smoke shop. Atleast 5-10$ higher than what you pay anywhere else.

Warning 100%+ price markup: I used to really enjoy this place. The owner or manager was very nice and always welcoming. The problem is, they have stock problems, say they will order juice flavors or coil packs and never do. They also typically mark up products 50 - 100%+. They ran out of a coil pack I needed, and proceeded to open up other products to remove the "Free coils" to resell to me. While this would normally be great customer service, the coils online were 10-12$ for a pack of 5, I was charged 6$ each coil, totaling 30$ for 5 (had i bought 5) If it's not terribly obvious, that's a markup of 200%. I went in to replace a personal carbon filter and was told the JR was 30 (10$ on amazon) and the regular size was 49.99$ (15$ on amazon) Think twice about approaching this business if you're looking for any sort "decent pricing" read more

Great selection of headshop items as well as high end mods/tanks for vapers. Good amount of juice. I made the mistake of doing their 2/at some discounted price. After I bought them, I went home and saw that one of the bottles was expired by almost half a year. I hesitated using it but figured that I wouldn't be able to return it given the nature of the product. I ended up vaping it, wasn't as strong nicotine level but flavor was ok. Still felt kind of cheated. Anyways, I still keep going back. Mainly because I quit vaping lol. Lots of pretty glass, rolling trays, novelty stoner items. The incense they sell is straight garbage and smells like cardboard on fire. If it's not Wildberry brand, it generally sucks. For people that are complaining about price, it's a headshop. Every place you go is going to charge you ridiculous prices like $200 for a 8 inch tall beaker "water pipe" (cough cough cough Pipe Dreams). I think for a normal, high quality (thick glass) 5" glass bowl it's around $15-$20, which is competitive to some online places. This place is more reasonable than others in the area. I do go to a place in Woodbridge that has great prices but it has a very very limited selection. Smok n Vape has a much larger selection. Owners and staff are THE BEST! read more

Felt like I was hurried 3. Supply for mods & tanks, rda's, are SMALL 4. I wanted the GeekVape Squonker but the 2 they had did not work. Got iJoy Capo Squanker from display. He did not have box for it but the iJoy squonker worked. (THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGE ONCE YOU BUY PRODUCT AND EVEN IF DOES NOT WORK AND I WOULD TEST IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT-THEY WILL TELL YOU TO CONTACT MAKER FOR WARRENTY) Other shops do give you exchange, especially if it's not working 5.
