Selection is pretty limited but they seem to have at least one of everything, so I was able to find something I needed and the price was a hell of a lot better than I thought it would be, so I left very happy! The guy at the counter knew his stuff but didn't try to push anything on anyone, which is a huge plus, and he was very nice...I liked him a lot! After we left here our friends wanted to check out Smokey's about 15 minutes away and that was a horrendous experience...the selection was broader but they didn't have quality stuff, the guy at that counter smelled like he hadn't bathed in months and was talking in a way that sounded like mockery so we left very quickly. if anyone asks me where to go from now on I'll tell them Arcadia is the only place you'll need to look! read more

I have been into this shop on multiple occasions now, as well as either gotten friends to go or gone with them. There are many reasons I recommend this shop, but I will only name a few! Clean! Inviting! Classy! Quality Glass If they don't have what you want on display, they check the back, then if they still don't have it, they will custom order it for you. These guys carry specialty pieces and accessories I have only seen in big city shops. PRICED FAIR. I have never walked through the door feeling like I paid more than I should have. JUICE! They have gotten more juice and thus more company names in the industry on the shelf. Also, they actively seek new companies that are worth their salt. All in all these guys are a lil limited on space. But what they lack in quantity, they make up for in quality. Even if you don't find what you are looking for I guarantee you leave feeling like you had a good experience. Side Note - The shop owners are constantly in the shop during their open hours, these guys care about their customers. It's hard to find places like this anymore, sorry if I stretched it out. I bought an e-pen battery from this place because it had a lifetime warranty. The product was defective, I returned it, they tested it, it was defective, and they (allegedly) gave me a new one. Same thing with the new one, but when I returned it again, they said they only honor retunes once per customer. First of all, he wouldn't have known that I was a 2nd time returner unless I told him because the first time I returned it he didn't mark anything on the receipt indicating it was returned, nor did he say anything about their "policy" with 2nd time returns. On top of that, when I got there the 2nd time, I chimed the front door 3 times and no one came to the counter. Then, standing at the counter, I called the place and the phone rang probably 10 times before the guy came stumbling out of the back to answer it, not noticing I was standing 2 feet from him at the counter. I hung up the phone, he stood there for a second before he hung it up, and I said "Hi, how ya doin," before he noticed me. That was actually pretty funny ... I told him the issue and there we were. Someone could have totally robbed the place and no one would have known. All things considered, you would think he would have cut me a break. I swung by here after getting a hair cut and really enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the music was of my taste. The people working greeted me immediately and let me know if I needed anything to ask. I like that because I'm used to being pressured or just followed around but they seemed a lot more chill. I wasn't really looking to buy anything I just noticed the shop today so I figured I'd see what they have. After some time of looking around I asked about their vapes. This tall guy explained everything to me between how they work and what are the pros and cons of each one. He felt really informed and I definitely left with some knowledge. I wanted to grab the pax but I definitely need to save up for that. Overall I had a good experience here and really hope this place gets the credit they deserve read more

This is the absolute BEST tobacco shop in NOVA!!! I happened to come across this shop by accident but am so glad I did! The representative working that day, Salim, provided excellent customer service! He is very knowledgeable about all products and took great care and time to help me understand various products as I am new to the Vapor community. I lived in south Alexandria for years and was a regular at Octopus Gardens. Having moved to Reston, I 'yelped' smoke shops near me and read the good reviews about Arcadia. Just got back; first of all the pic of the interior is the entire store, it's pretty small. However, it is a well run and super clean and neat business. Product display is museum quality, the soundtrack was jammin' and the gentlemen running the store is extremely professional and takes his business seriously and was enjoyable to talk with. Everytime I go shopping in places like this I'm expecting to spend an outrageous amount of money on nock off glass. But the glass here is true and authentic! Cheap cheap prices and sturdy made glass, I've dropped everything I've gotten there and not a single thing has broken ! The clerks are friendly enough to give you a hair haggle on the already low price. Definetly makes me want to come back. I walk in assuming I'd only buy one small cheap thing, conversation takes place and next thing I know I'm buying that with a crazy amount of other things for a low low low price!
