I called and made an appointment for 3 people, in that service included 3 pedicures and 2 acrylic sets. 20 minutes before the appointment the spa called and asked if I could come back an hour after my scheduled appointment, I could not because the two other people I was going with had things to do/go to work and would not have time to do those things and we had already left to go. If you don't have people to do the service then don't accept the appointment. We get there at 3pm when I scheduled the appointment, the two other people I booked for got their pedicures started after sitting in the water for 30 minutes, then I got my pedicure after sitting in the water over an hour. The pedicure felt super rushed and made my skin break out on my legs because they didn't give us the option for the exfoliation, I have a skin sensitivity to orange. They were rough with my friends feet and caused her foot to cut open and left a mark. We asked if we'd be done by 5pm because my friend had work and needed to go to work at 6pm, they assured us we'd be done by 5pm and would be able to go by then. By this time our pedicures were done around 5pm, we still hadn't gotten acrylics. They only had one girl doing acrylic so I told my friend who needed to go to work after this to go first, she gets her nails done and they looked beautiful. I ended up leaving at 6:40pm, so 3 hours and 40 minutes I was at this spa. Then I get to get my nails done, and we discussed that I had my engagement shoot the next day and that's what these nails are for. She cut me on my ring and middle finger, that would be in the pictures. The shape is fine but the nails are lumpy all around and bulky, and I have cuts on my fingers. I'm disappointed because I had come here previously for a pedicure with my fiancé and we were treated great, but that was not the case this time.

I got a pedicure and manicure along with my mom. The lady who did my moms pedi , gave her feet a good massage. The lady who did mine was just pretending to massage while really not doing any press at all. They also spoke in a foreign language which sometimes felt like they were talking about us and (laughing at us?!) , which made both my mom and me uncomfortable at times. The worst part is here , 24 hours after my manicure 5 finger nails paint came off. I am guessing its because of really old polish they stock. All i did in the 24 hrs with my hands was wash my hair!

I love this new nail place that I just discovered! I will be back here for sure! Parking is tough during the holidays but after the holidays it gets easier to find! I walked in to see how affordable it was and without hesitation she told me a great price! This is not a place that likes to nickel and dime you and they are extremely sweet! My nail lady asked if I wanted a pedicure and I told her no because I have not shaved and she replied with "I don't care!" So I got one lol Hey! If you are going to tell me you don't care then be my guest! The woman who did my pedicure did not hurt me and was very gentle. I got the paraffin wax for my feet and gel manicure! I must say they did an excellent job! I will be sure to come back with my friend and recommend the girls who did my nails! Thank you so much!

I was a little uncertain because of the reviews, and the fact that they were pretty slow on a Saturday. However, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of my nails! The lady doing my toes had a bit of an attitude, but I felt very taken care of and my nails came out absolutely beautiful! I am definitely going to be back .

I love this place, it's my new go to for my monthly mani pedi! Pro tip: go during the week, you'll be one of the only people in there! I use ClassPass to make a reservation and I always upgrade my service when I get there. They take great care of you and do an amazing job

I had Amy she was so sweet and she did amazing on my nails! I wanted something natural and she did so well :) I love the way my nails turned out and afterwards she waxed my eyebrows and they turned out amazing as well!

I had a great experience! They just redid the salon and got lots of new massage chairs. I walked in right at 9am when they opened and they got to me around 9:30. Amy did a great job! I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and I'm happy with the result!

Have had nails for over 10 years and this was the worst experience during a nail visit I've ever had. Hannah was rude and very rough!! She cut my skin with the drill and it bled and said nothing. She then kept telling me to relax my hands. ( See pic of cut) The reason I was tense is bc she was so rough with the filing and drill. It burned the whole time. I also noticed a split in the nail, and went to show her and she yelled no, no. I also wasn't asked if I wanted new set( usually they do new set every time) she just said no need but the price was the same as if I got a new set. At the end she said you got what you want, design wise yes but experience was awful. This is the first time I almost didn't tip. Will never go back. She needs to work on her demeanor and not be so rough and hurt the client.

HORRIBLE SERVICE: I was visiting Austin for a day and decided to treat myself. I called first to confirm if an appointment was needed or not and the lady told me to just come in. I was only the second customer there at that time and requested a mani and pedi. I showed the nail tech what I wanted as far as my nails goes. The Nail tech (possibly Owner) stated she could do the design.. A Simple Oval shaped French tip nails with Color. I had to continuously remind her how I felt about the way the nails were shaped on my hands and she kept saying to wait until the end.. I should've denied her services when I started to feel like she was rushing and not being thorough with her work. I am paying for services and I would expect them to be worthy of the price. But NO! I AM beyond FRUSTRATED with the work and quality that was put into this. There's dips in my nails, my nails are too bulky for my handsize, and the design isn't neat. I kept telling the Nail Tech that you can see the acrylic nail and it looked tacky and she did nothing to fix it, except proceed to work on the next customer that was waiting.

I don't like writing such comments like this, but you have to do your job properly. I had permanent nail polish applied and it came off after 1 day. Unfortunately, my money was wasted. I will definitely not go there again and I do not recommend it!!

Can't believe how awesome Amy is here! Love coming here to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done. Amy has repeatedly impressed me with my nails... there have even been times that I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and she did her magic and I left beyond happy. Absolutely terrible!!!!!! When I got there the workers were lounging on the spa chairs. No clients!! My nails were so bumpy and uneven. The workers were impatient and every time I looked away I felt they were gossiping about me in there language. If you go to this nail place I only recommend that you request to see Amy. She's the sweetest and does a very good job at nails. However I don't recommend that you see anybody else. read more

Update: Just realized I've been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years! My original review is below from May 2017. Still the same great service and friendly faces. Love the service here! I always walk out loving my mani/pedis, especially my gel manicures. I've had my eyebrows waxed here as well and was happy. They are always willing to work with you and are super friendly. For those wanting to try the SNS service, these ladies know what they're doing and do it better than other places around here! This place is like a hidden gem right near the front of the cinemark theater, next to Baskin Robbins. It's my go to spot now, and I highly recommend it!! I've been to quite a few nail places and this place has been by far the BEST nail place ever. I'm SUPER picky about people cutting me while getting a mani/pedi and they have never! (Been there 3x with 3 different staff members) the previous places that I've been will get busy and try and push you out the door...this place NEVER does that. If you arrive while they are busy they take care of you because they have that amount of staff. I've also NEVER encountered a scene(previous nail place) where management is in an altercation, physical and verbal, with either an employee or client. I came in with my grandmother to get my nails done for my birthday, I wanted nude to white ombré... instead what the nail tech did was all nude and the application was horrible they were bumpy so the owner tried to step in and fix them by adding glitter and they somewhat looked OK enough for me to leave not upset but not happy either. Now today is the 12th so six days later and I have lost four Nails and what's left of my nails look like absolute shit. This place is AMAZING! Been coming for months and am never disappointed. I get SNS and love the huge color selection. The people are super friendly and if I don't know what color to get it's like they can read my mind and pick something incredible! My mom and grandma go here as well and it's such an awesome girls day when we all go together :) Another great experience! Best SNS in town!! (: I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! Your search for the best nail salon stops here. Hannah, Amy, and the entire staff are true professionals. They care about their work, the customer experience, and take extreme pride in every aspect of the job. Their prices are comparable with other salons, but the service and quality far surpasses any salon I've tried in the area. I have gone here twice now, first time was for a regular pedicure which was super relaxing and they did a fantastic job. The second time I came in was to have SNS (dip powder method) done. Hannah did an excellent and thorough job with attention to detail and any requests I had, ensuring the job was done to perfection. Hannah and Amy are the best nail techs I've had. They are always going above and beyond for their customers and giving amazing service. I was unhappy (for the first time) with a newer nail tech at the salon and Hannah texted me and told me to come back if I was unhappy so she could redo them herself. I went here last minute to get a set off I already had on from a different salon and wanted a fresh set. The lady that did my nails said she will just do a fill for me because it would be cheaper for me. She did a fantastic job and would highly recommend this salon!
