After a drunk driver ended our contractor's career at the start of our project, DKB stored our delivered cabinets for free until we hired a new contractor. When the cabinets were mis-measured too tall and covered our AC vents, DKB ordered another properly sized set immediately at no charge. Despite these setbacks and more, Randy Smith (store manager) kept constant communication and always followed through. Kevin, a 9-year technician, wrapped-up the project with the highest skill level, craftsmanship, and eye for detail. While the project took longer than expected, it was done right and perfectly. Keep in mind that these are custom field installations with each order being manufactured to spec. The level of coordination with the manufacturer, sales, design, installation, and detailing requires highly seasoned experts in your corner like Randy and Kevin. I wanted to add a 39x16 foot freestanding lean-to onto my 39 foot long metal building. He gave me a fair bid and ordered the materials the next day after a 50% down payment. The materials came in two weeks later and he had his crew out to pour the footings on Saturday and they returned on the following Wednesday and finished the whole project in just one day!
