Lisa assigned Victoria and there are not enough words to describe how terrific she was with my two puppies. Victoria cared for them, played with them, watched as they swam numerous times daily, dried them, fed them and went to the market to get them their fruit snacks. She totally followed the detailed schedule I had provided and Victoria sent me multiple daily updates, along with pictures of my two puppies. In addition, to caring for my Goldens, Victoria cared for my home as if it was hers, with great care and respect. How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

I got daily photos and updates and always felt like she knew as much as myself if not more about caring for them. I had a MAJOR SRP issue where they shut off my electric while Ciara was pet sitting without notifying me that my auto payment hadn't gone through! Ciara called me while I was in Canada the minute she went for her visit, I was able to get the issue resolved quickly. She made an extra visit back that day to ensure my air conditioning had gotten the place cool. She goes above and beyond and even brought my bunny extra carrots and lots of love. Highly recommended!

We took him a few times for daycare before we left and he loved it. They were very attentive and he got to play with other dogs and still got his scratches and pets. He wasn't all that excited to leave. We will continue to bring him for daycare so he can see his new doggie and human friends. Enzo boarding experience was just as great as daycare. They continually send pictures and let us know how he was doing but we could see from his face he was having a grand time. We are so relieved to have a place to leave our precious little boy knowing that he is safe, happy and very well taken care of!!! Thank you House of Mutts!!!

Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. Our family can leave our beloved dogs and cats at home, knowing they are in great hands. Gigi was SO amazing! She followed up immediately when I contacted her from NJ, meet us and our boys on our tight schedule and took expert care of our cats (including medication) twice a day for 16 days. Our cats were calmer and completely settled into their new home despite us only being together for 5 days before we left. I don't think that amazing level of calm and happiness could have happened without Gigi. We already planned 4 more trips with her and I know the boys are looking forward to spending time with her. We are SO thankful to have Gigi!

Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! She was food aggressive, she was aggressive with our family - bit all of us at least once - attacked our other two dogs and literally went to the bathroom wherever she preferred. I'm not one to give up on dogs but knew that if we kept her we needed help! We decided that if we were going to work with one of our dogs - we'd also work with our other naughty dog to retrain him of his bad habits. IN THE FIRST SESSION we saw significant changes in their behavior! She is so knowledgeable, so professional, and she got my kids involved so they know what to do! We just finished our last session and I'm so grateful to her for all of the tools she's given our family to help our dogs be the best behaved versions of themselves! All of her team is prepared to deal with difficult dogs and help reinforce good behavior, so all of our lunchtime visits included built-in training for our little pups. The team also sent photo updates and left detailed report cards every single day without fail. Lindsey herself is such a boss when it comes to training and is so so patient and welcoming. All of her own dogs are super patient too and were incorporated into the training sessions to help our little pups get used to being around other dogs. We (pups included) miss Lindsey and TLDSH tremendously!

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.
