We instill our kids with the love of reading, so they like going to new libraries too. Besides the books, obviously, we like to check out the architecture and the designs of different libraries. Some of them are really incredible works of art designed by famous architects. We visited this library on a SUNDAY. That's right, they're opened on Sundays. This is unheard of in many parts of the country. This was such an impressive library with massive stacks of books on the ground floor, and in the upper level there were lots of tables and chairs throughout for comfortable reading seating, and colorful art throughout that's cheery and uplifting for adults and kids alike. The second floor is also where they have an especially kid-friendly children's section, with tons of kids-sized chairs and tables and lounging sofas as well as kids-only computers. When we visited, there was a kids speech event happening in several conference rooms where kids presented their speeches and we got to listen in as an impromptu audience, what a treat! The meeting rooms throughout the library are available for non-profit community events and open to the public. Overall, the Chandler downtown library is an incredibly impressive educational resource and a gem for the community and we're glad to have had the opportunity to visit and plan to be back when we visit friends in town again in the future.

All we had to do on our end was set up the party decorations and set out the food. They assisted us in setting up the audio, there was a mic for us to use, and a tv if we needed it. The room itself is connected to the patio area, which would be fabulous for an evening event or when the weather is nicer! They also had doors for you to use to exit straight to the bathroom area. So I canceled all my reoccurring rentals a few days later a new one was opened in my name my info but charged at a non standard amount the system u set it up on only charges for a month or week at 220 a month however the one they set up was to reoccur at 600 for one space so I told them I was leaving when I return if in fact anything is owed i will settle up as soon as I returned and a day later my stuff was towed and lastly when I went to pick up my vehicle it was at a rush auto dealer ship around the corner not even a tow yard it was hidden by other vehicles I will also add i was paid up until 1 31 25 so park at your own risk.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the children's play area. It is usually kept very clean, and unlike many mall play spaces, the equipment does not appear overly worn out or neglected. It creates a comfortable environment for families and gives kids a nice place to enjoy themselves during a shopping trip. The food court used to offer a stronger variety of dining options in the past, which I do miss, but the mall still has a solid selection of stores and remains one of the better places in the area for shopping and spending an afternoon with family.

I made it to almost 40 years old without getting a ticket until last month, and lemme tell you, it was a strange experience. That's not to say I probably shouldn't have been ticketed once or twice, but still... I feel it was an impressive feat. I arrived to the courthouse in Downtown Chandler an hour early on a warm, sunny day (whoever says it's fall lied to you; the high today was 100° F) in a spacious parking lot with covers, trees, and well kept municipal buildings. Inside, you go through security not unlike the airport, and check in. I've never been to court, and I don't know if security was amused or felt sorry for me (my ticket told me my court appearance was at 3:00 pm/15:00, but you still have to get a ticket at the kiosk), but the man came to my rescue and helped me choose the right option. I noticed immediately I was VERY overdressed in my Sunday best: a blue dress with white polka dots, little white platform pumps, makeup, earrings, and necklace. Everyone else wore jeans, making me question my decision to dress up (I thought that's what you were supposed to do). The lobby was very clean though. Also, you don't know how hard it is to covertly sneak a picture and hope no one will chastise you for taking pictures. I don't recommend trying it in the actual courtrooms though. I'm not that bold. Waiting wasn't too different from the MVD except the process moves WAY faster, and the customer service representatives at the window are super friendly. I presented my kiosk slip, my ticket, my registration, and a dated receipt of the registration. In return, I filled out a form with my name, case number, what I wanted from the judge, and the reason I felt the motion should be granted. Went to the courtroom upstairs and waited my turn. It was kind of warm, but I don't know if that's because the temperature was high, I was nervous, or that I've had hot flashes since I was 28 years old. All three could be a possibility. My conversation with the judge consisted of two questions and lasted less than thirty seconds. Then a decision was made, and I was on my merry way. So was it a good experience? Ehhhh, going gave me horrible anxiety. BUT the staff did make an uncomfortable situation better for me, so thank you to the City of Chandler for your hospitality! P.S. the moral of the story is to not get a ticket if you don't want to go to traffic court.

I was there about 1 hour 15 minutes before closing. The staff was friendly and professional. There were 2 people at the counter. They attended everyone on the line pretty quickly. So I was out in 10-15 minutes. It was awesome!! I noticed that more people arrived an hour before the post office was scheduled to close. So keep in mind there's a longer wait the closer you get to closing time.
