Unheard-of from most Freightliner shops. My previous experiences with DEF problems usually end up being in shop for 3 days to 1 week. By the way, the US government really messed up with DEF requirements because of the cost of repairs companies are incurring. They have friendly staff and very comfortable drivers room. They also have laundry machines and showers. PLEASE, some of you drivers use the showers because some of you smell really bad.

Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell! CROOKED service dept.took in for warranty service on a covered part. they said the Chrysler…read morewarranty co. denied coverage. so I called company and was told me part was covered but baraboo motors never even submitted a claim. service dept. couldn't even tell me why or work with me. so i told them I was not going to let them do work on my jeep and asked for the invoice. service manager told me they were still working on invoice and i would have to come back later. when i returned I was presented with an invoice of $400 bucks for "diagnostics" $90 of that was for testing my battery that they said may or may not be bad. DUH .I paid bill ,very frustrated with being ripped off. when I went to leave I found a part from under my dash was removed and sitting on my passenger seat full of dirt and debri all over my seat. also drivers door panel was half removed , keeping my door from operating /opening. so all in all I paid them $400 buck to leave with my jeep worse than when I brought it in. then I get an auto text asking about my experience and to call manager, Kurt Beale if I wasn't satisfied . I did ,explained and was told he would call me back. of course , NO CALL. Take your vehicle anywhere but there or you'll be writing a bad review here also. good luck with them and watch your wallet.

We were in town from 6 hours away for our sons hockey tournament when a Jeep we had purchased the day before from a different dealer (a couple hours away from them) for our daughter (her first vehicle) decided it wanted to go into starter protection mode. We were supposed to be leaving the same day we got the Jeep towed to Baraboo Motors to get home to our dog who became extremely sick while we were gone. My wife and kids were totally concerned we would not be able to head home. Well, thanks to Samantha and her team we were able to get on the road in just a couple of hours all fixed and safe for the journey home! Bought a utv from here salesman was great although he's not there anymore should of told me…read moresomething. The service department not good at all over the past month brought in for a new belt. Was told the clutch was bad found the water pump was leaking so under warranty they fixed took them 3 weeks and than returned it to me like the photo below. Took it back to them got the response that they had to put new hose clamps on. Tested fine so they gave me it back 2 days later same thing so back up there again now was told it's leaking at another fitting and will be Friday till the parts come in. So out of a month I've had it for 3 days able to drive it once. I would not recommend going to this place anymore as they don't communicate unless you call or go there. And there service has went down hill

Then I needed a part and it took 4 more months. The part came in, they started to work on my Moto and suddenly I need a new engine costing$6000. The Moto only had 600 miles. Like brand new. The initial diagnosis was wrong. Charged me $400 for diagnosis and gave me my machine back in pieces. The work order made no sense. The employees that made initial dx had already left or been fired. They made no effort to make me whole. Certainly being a women didn't help. Maybe they should decrease their ridiculous inventory and get some good employees. I was very disappointed and will go anywhere but there in the future.
