I would like to take time to commend two of your employees who helped me tremendously yesterday. I…read morewas traveling with a boat I just purchased and had a trailer tire blowout on I-39. I called Blystone and talked to Lisa and she assured me that all would be well and she sent Nate out to solve my problem. Both of these employees are top notch in my book. Lisa was as friendly and helpful as could be and Nate was professional and friendly. Kudos to your company! Thank you.

To start, no one seemed to have any specific answers to my questions. The "buck passing" was epic!…read more 1. I purchased four trailer tires last week and was disappointed in the support knowledge possessed by your business. No one seemed to know anything about my tire's warranty or registration. 2. They installed all four tires incorrectly. The entire DOT number is only stamped on one side of the tire. To find the full number for the manufacture date and in order to register them I needed to crawl under the camper (I'm 72 years old). I suggested in an email that in the future they mount the tires with the full DOT code visible from the outside of the tire. No response from them. 3. They knew nothing about registering my tires. I suggested in an email that, once the full number is found, It can be registered on the web page... https://www.towmaxtires.com/tire/details/towmax-str-ii (They could do this as a service). No response from them. 4. Towmax (the manufacturer) offers Free Roadside Assistance They seemed to know nothing about this. I suggested they do something about this in the email. No response from them. 5. Towmax does offer a limited warranty, Something Blystone should know and tell their customers. I suggested they do something about this in the email. No response from them. The only positive is the quality of the tires. If you have another choice for your work, go there quickly!

Extremely dissappointed in lack of accountability. Called them on 6.15.2020. Explained a problem…read morewith clutch. Asked for estimate prior to work and if theycould get it in. Said with acouple weeks we should have it back. Two weeks later called for update, nothing new, to many customers before us, but we were next on list for following week. Called again July1st, was asked to be patient as they were getting ready for their open house. But we were second on list for the following week. Okay, new business, so let's wait. Third week in July called, was told it needed transmission oil, and they were waiting or a part to come in. What part? We weren't told. First week in August, our patience was gone. When asked when we could pick it up, they said they'd call "next week". During this time, dealt with a number of employees one of which stated our machine was missing. Low and behold, that employee no longer works there. Is it because he was honest? Not sure. On 8.7.2002 picked up machine. Got home, same issues as we took in. Wishing there was a minus on ratings. Lesson: LOCAL BUSINESS IS NOT ALWAYS BEST BUSINESS. As stated in previous statement, if you're thinking about this place for work.....DON'T

We took our 4 wheeler to Burdick's in mid June to have the carb replaced and a tune up. After two…read moreand a half months (and many phone calls and a few impromptu pop ins to find out what the heck the status was on our machine - because they never called to let us know the status) we finally got our machine back. We barely had it home before we noticed several issues. Like the fact that the throttle cable came out of the carb that they installed, the carb wasn't tuned properly, the clamp on the gas line wasn't installed properly (in fact it wasn't even the right part, didn't fit the hose correctly) and all the gas we put into the machine ended up on the ground. When my husband called and talked to the male owner, the guy acted was upset that his technician did such terrible work, told my husband to bring the machine right in and they'll get working on it right away to make everything right. He said they'd get it in right away and go through the work that they did to ensure everything was done properly. Two weeks later when we called again to find out when we could expect our machine to be fixed, the female owner blamed us for the machine needing to be fixed again. She insisted that they did a great job on the repair and that we just broke it right away. We simply went and picked our machine up. So yea, more than $500 and over three months later and we still don't have a machine that works properly. Unfortunately Burdicks did shoddy work and provided even poorer customer service and we would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
