Based on the reviews I read on Google and Yelp, I believe Jeff provides the firmest pressure between the two of them. Parking wasn't an issue at 9am but make sure to still arrive 5-10 minutes early to use the restroom if you need to and to get on the massage table. I couldn't have been happier with my massage with Jeff! Cupping is never not uncomfortable but it was much needed for the tension I had in my back, especially my low back from a past sports injury. He uses the plastic ones with the hand pump. Jeff also included some heat therapy and a gentle sinus massage. I left feeling refreshed and more relaxed.
