Don't waste your time. This guy will spam your email address and when you ask to be removed he will refuse. I had to create a filter to be removed from his mailing list because he refused to remove us. No dispute he just doesn't want to follow the law when asked to remove our name from his mailing list. As per the LAW you are suppose to have an unsubscribe link on your mailing list. Your sir do not. What is wrong with someone asking to be removed from your list? We've edited our 5 star review of Dr. Kennedy and gave him 1 star. We have used him for years, but his recent pro-Trump political emails are upsetting. Wow. I have NEVER experienced anyone as rude over email or voicemail as Dr. Kennedy. We definitely will not make the next step of meeting him face to face. My heart is pounding from the responses I received yesterday from him. Here's the whole story, courtesy of our voicemails and emails that keep a transcript of our conversation: On February 23rd, I called and left a voicemail to get information about a first time visit. I received a nice and lengthy email back a couple hours later at 12:56. That email also had a date of our first appointment. I responded an hour and a half later that same day saying "Thank you. I need to reschedule the appointment. Can I do sometime in the last week of March or April?" He responded back and answered one question I had, but never made mention of the reschedule. Yesterday, the day before the appointment that I cancelled two weeks prior, I got a call at 1:27 from his friendly assistant reminding me of the appointment. She said if I needed to cancel then I should only email. A couple hours later on March 5th at 4:18, Ron called. I missed the call and didn't hear the voicemail until today. He says, "I know that my assistant called you earlier, (clears throat) but I want to put my voice in here. You asked for an appointment. It was given to you at 1:30. You did not respond. You did not reject the appointment, but on the other hand, you have not accepted it which is not the same as rejecting it and you did not ask for rescheduling. So you leave me unable to manage my schedule. Can you please do one of those things: accept, reject, or ask to reschedule..." Later that night, not knowing Ron had called after the assistant, I emailed back (because they didn't want a phone call), and said, "I can't make it to the appointment tomorrow. I mentioned that in my last email. Sorry you didn't catch that. Hope that doesn't put a kink in your schedule. I will get back to you on a date. It will be tricky to find a date where my husband can join us." I thought my tone was friendly, but then I got two snarky emails in return. Response 1: "Your husband does not have to join us. Perhaps you didn't read the part in the appointment email about a notarized letter from an absent parent asking for the exemption. Maybe, could be, you missed some other vital information.​" Response 2: "(And. yes, it​ does damage to the schedule in the clinic tomorrow.) I could understand them being mad if I cancelled at such late notice, but I cancelled two weeks prior. Ridiculously rude. read more
