He even chose the color and I went with it and love it. He made an appt for installation for probably not even a week later, which was great. The installation could use some improvement. The appt was at 2:30pm and they got here at 4pm. I wish they would have used a vacuum to suction debris from drilling the holes, so not as much would enter our pool. I know it's inevitable but I posted a picture of how much got to our pool filter. The other thing is that the gate is not symmetrical. The guys said there's nothing I can do about it because of the shape. I'll post a pic of that too. I'm OCD, so that bothers me...

Per their recommendation also used Bel Air H2O Garden and cladding transparent - Colourless. What a terrible mistake. After only 6 months the wood stared to show black stains and mold underneath the sealer. Their salesman David visited to inspect problem. NEVER HEARD BACK. I have now had to sand the whole fence (remove sealer and black mold) and restain fence with oil based sealer. At the very least Lumber Plus could have credited me the 6 gallons at $145 each of the crappy sealer they sold me. Just plain POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They did not over charge, quality plywood sheets were given and they worked endless hours in the heat with hardly any breaks on loading cars/trucks. When a truck full of 400 sheets showed up from Pompano, they selflessly stayed after until the last one was gone. The site showed $32 per sheet but that specific one (thickness) sold out... then they went to the thicker sheets which were $40... as do all stores. I'm super grateful for them because I just moved here with the military and was away for school in Virginia, so I came back right in time for a major hurricane.
