After several weeks I called again to see where the blinds are and was told they are on their way. I asked Angela, where are they coming from China? She replied " Of course, everything comes from China". I asked her to cancel the order and reminded her I do not buy anything from China if I can help it. She refused to issue a refund. Unfortunately my wife gave her a check and she had already cashed it. I never received anything from her and never received my $1200.00 back. Somehow the reviews that don't favor her manage to go away. I have my original order with canceled check to back up my story. I also found the blinds manufactured here in Florida and had them installed in less than two weeks. I will update periodically to make sure everyone sees this. Good luck if you go with them, I had a very bad experience.

I recently had Paver Man redo our driveway, front entrance path, and walkway on the side of the…read morehouse. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! Before embarking on this project - which I'd contemplated doing for several years - I had researched a few other paving companies. The size, cost, and logistics of redoing such a large and busily trafficked area of my house was daunting. I simply didn't know where to begin. So I started right here at YELP (for the 2nd time in 3 years) to look at the candidates. Ultimately, what it came down to was not only the reviews, but actually meeting with owners and seeing examples of paving jobs completed. That is where Paver Man won the business hands-down. Other paving companies either didn't have access to high quality stones, or were too small a business to do the entire project A to Z, which entails removing the old pavers, laying down a proper foundation, fitting in the new pavers, and then power washing and sealing for the final result. Paver Man did it all, with a single point-man to interface with. Before we signed off on the job, the owner of Paver Man gave us three addresses of driveways they'd done, so we could see for ourselves the options for stones, layout design, and quality of work. I was actually amazed to see how much an exquisitely-executed driveway could add a palpable "WOW!" factor to the property! So we took the plunge and signed a contract. I was impressed with how efficiently the project was run from start to finish. Day one, the cheap, 1" cracked pavers that we'd bought our house with were removed. Day two, a proper foundation was laid. Day 3 the new, beautiful 2-inch shellstone pavers started to go in - with a very nice design! On top of which, we had to replace the aluminum track on our driveway gate. Paver Man coordinated the work needed with our gate guy to make that happen without us even playing "gatekeeper" between the two crews. I was really impressed with the results for our large driveway and the new walkway up to our front door. They replaced large stones set in grass that was hard to walk on with smooth pavers. So I asked if we could have the stones extended along the side of the house for continuity? No problem. The final result was brand new pavers in the driveway extending out to the street, the front walkway, and a path along the side of house. In just 5 days, the entire job was done. Paver Man also did the power washing and sealing of the stones, which really made the shellstone POP with detail. Even our neighbors are amazed at the transformation from tired old to elegant NEW look. Not only is the Paver Man staff extremely responsive - returning calls or texts almost immediately - but they worked seamlessly together to get me a quote with design comps, get the job done, and handle the billing without any hassles. Again, I was convinced I made the right decision hiring Paver Man to do my project. I am confident that these beautiful shellstone pavers will outlast me. Granted, I'm 71, but I'm thinking of decades of longevity for a one-time, week-long project with a dramatic outcome. Money well spent.

Whoever Bradley is... this person is clueless about HVAC. Not only that, his communication is so bad. He says one thing, gives the wrong prices, constantly confused. The ladies in the office that answer the phones are so uncharismatic almost like they're doing YOU a favor to simply answer a call when I'm the one that's going to pay. The appointment was set and no one showed up, no one called to tell me if the tech was running late. Nothing. I call back and then now there's some "confusion" about my appointment. How hard is it to get an appointment scheduled correctly? How hard is it to make sure whatever is needed for the day of appointment? I spoke with the general manager I think it was Joe/ Joey there and he seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on and how things should be working and managed to get it sorted out for me completely without anymore added stress. But why do I even have to get to the point where I need to speak to a general manager? The issue I'm having is why do you keep these people that make it impossible for me and all the other customers?!? The cherry on top is when the "techs" come out, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING! Breaking tiles, breaking through the ceiling, leaving trash everywhere. Just a complete DISASTER. It's the only word I can choose. It's that bad. Run from this place. You people really need to get it together. Or move over and let the real companies and techs take over. I have no idea how they're still in business and I don't understand how they are. Super overpriced. Maybe 2x the price you would get from another company and they back it with "well they know what they're doing and they'll get it right the first time". They don't. THey honored my 10 yr parts and labor warranty when my coil started to leak (I have had the unit 7 yrs) and replaced it with no extra charges. They also honored a service call when my a'c stopped working by blowing out the waste line and pouring a non clogging mixture in the line to prevent it happening again. So far I would recommend them for quick and efficient service.

He apologized for the situation and said that the pricing was done by a computer program and didn't take into consideration that my home is a condominium and that the ductwork was a continuous system and did not have 6 separate ducts.
