All kinds of problems on our RV and our friends and family's trailers during the winter freeze. Most RV repair technicians closed up shop for two weeks. Not John, he was open and eager to help. He was able to help ALL of us out during the freeze, and he did everything he said he was going to do. Excellent work done, quality parts used. The price was incredibly fair considering the weather conditions and the amount of repairs that needed to be done. John knows more about RV's and trailers than any other tech I've ever met. Don't call them if you have a problem with: your A/C, your refrigerator, your stove, your water heater, your blue water tank, your GFCI outlets, or technicians lacking punctuality. Do call them if you want to waste what little time you have left on your way-too-short-for-the-level-of-workmanship warranty.

So when I came to do the walkthrough they only showed the living room and the front bedroom. Half the lights didn't work they said they would replace them they never replace the lights I did that myself. I get the trailer to the lot after they do the walkthrough to find out that I have four water leaks that I had to fix immediately then they they have to come out and get the furnace because it's February people it's cold outside at that point so I have no furnace because they didn't check it out I don't have AC in the living room because the AC does not work. The second pull out for the bedroom does not pull all the way out the flooring is messed up so it will not pull out all the way mind you this is winter it's cold outside cuz I bought it in February so I have no furnace and I have no heat because the furnace is out. I called them and tell them about these things and they tried to fix the AC they had to take the furnace out and take it with them so they've had the furnace since February. I just wanted them to fix what was broken in the beginning nothing more well when they work when I left them take my trailer to go fix the AC in the living room cuz I'm paying half supposedly even though it was broke before I got it and put the furnace back in they were supposed to fix the floor in the pull out will they did the AC and they did the furnace but they did not complete the job so now I'm stuck with a pull out that doesn't pull out all the way mind you they fix the AC but they put it to a kill switch which is my main light source in the house but they use the forklift to put the AC up there it messed up the roof of my house so now my skylight does not have a piece of plastic over it like it's supposed to and then they they say they're gifting me the other half of the AC and never to call them again because they're not dealing with it it's my trailer deal with it and to have a blessed day and God bless me so if y'all want a good trailer do not go here to arvc because they're going to do you crappy they say they do one thing and they want to keep it godly and they don't.
