(Zero Stars if I Could)…read more I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this shop and felt compelled to share my thoughts. As a mechanic and former shop owner with over 20 years of experience, I went in seeking a simple tire mounting and balancing for a brand new Pirelli tire, having been referred by several friends. Upon arrival, I met Thomi, the owner, who was friendly but informed me her regular mechanic was unavailable. Instead, her husband, also a mechanic, would take care of it. I expressed that there was no rush, hoping to have it back by the weekend, and she assured me it would be no problem. Fast forward to Thursday when I called to check on the status, only to find out it wasn't done yet but would definitely be ready the next day. I received a call later that same day confirming it was finished, so I went to pick it up. I paid the $65 and carefully placed the wheel in my truck to avoid damage during transport. Upon arriving home and rolling it into my garage, I was horrified to find several scratches on the rim. I should have inspected it before leaving the shop, but they were closing, and I was eager to get back to riding. I reached out via text to Thomi's number but received no response. The next day, I returned to the shop. Thomi was busy with another customer, so I opted not to create a scene and instead made eye contact with her. She assured me she would make it right. However, the following day she called, claiming she was "1 million percent certain" she hadn't scratched the rim. This is especially disheartening considering it was the first tire on a 2023 bike with only 3,800 miles. After weeks of waiting and no communication, I called again and learned Thomi would be back the following Tuesday. That day came and went with no updates. Eventually, after another two weeks, she called to ask whether the rim was powder-coated or painted, which I had no way of knowing. Finally, after over six weeks of waiting, I got a call saying it was ready. I took my lunch to pick it up and inspected it this time, only to have Thomi deny any wrongdoing again and tell me not to bring anything back. Honestly, who would after such a dreadful experience? Beware of this shop. I would have gladly waited two weeks for a job well done instead of enduring this whole ordeal with an inexperienced person. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable place.

I paid more than a 1000 dollars and refuse to pay the last 577 dollars that was supposed to be 400 after 5 month of supposedly work on it . Now I got a bike that don t start right away and sound like a lawnmower. Can t go on the highway with it . They have a 90 days warranty for you to know . But after you bring the bike because it s not working . Mister ego Nikki told me he could not work for free . You should work right the first time and not telling your customer that you were missing some cleaning produce that is not professional at all . So if you need to get your gaz thank clean and your fuel pump replace I would not recommend this place . If I can make you save money . I told him ( Nikki if you forgot the name of the thief ) that was my everyday vehicle . The response was we re going to be the fastest they could . ......... 5 months of lift and uber to go to work . The sign at the cash register reads "shoplifters will be beaten to death". This isn't a Harley shop…read morefor dentists or lawyers, its a functional, dirty, piece of Americana. Maybe there is a Gimp hanging in the back somewhere I don't know. I ventured in here to have a set screw inserted into a polished nickel pipe. Its not what they necessarily do but I figured if they can build a hog from spare parts they can surely fix my issue. They looked at it, conferred, then began work. $17.50 later they did just what I asked. If I were a dentist this is where I would have my bike tweaked just so i looked cool. I am no dentist my friend but for 15 minutes I looked pretty damn cool.

On the other hand if you don't mind a little grease or dust, and being surrounded by thousands of used parts from bikes of all ages, go to Bud's. This is how a motorcycle shop should be. Honest dealings from straight up bikers. It's the real deal. If other customers (or shop staff) that may or may not be currently in an outlaw motorcycle club scare you, this is not the shop for you. I came here to get some mufflers installed one morning. The price they quoted me on the phone was just over half the price Central Texas Harley gave me. (This is one of those times I was hesitant to tell the Yelping public about a place I wanted to keep secret, for fear of it being overrun with bargain hunters, but I just had to give praise when praise is due) I was told to pull my bike around back to the garage area. A young man named Richie was tasked with switching out my mufflers. He was friendly and quick with a wrench. As he got to work, I decided to walk down to nearby Juan in a Million for some breakfast tacos. To go. By the time I came back with the tacos, she was all put together and ready to roll. Sweeet.. Then I was directed back inside to pay, where I also inquired about certain modifications I could make to increase performance. The man who appeared to be in charge quoted me great prices. I will most definitely return again and again to keep my girl serviced and fully accessorized.
