She was really kind and personable, and did a great job making sure you feel comfortable. I've had quite a few Brazilians already, but I would recommend her to anyone who's new to this and not ready to spend a fortune on European Wax Center. She's super attentive and made sure the temperature of the wax wasn't too hot by testing the temperature on herself and honestly, really appreciate it as I've gotten burned twice at other salons. I've had my bangs trimmed here and I am not as happy about it as I'd like. I actually ended up learning trimming my own bangs and I like my result better. So when it comes to hair, I will agree with a lot of reviewers here that this might not be the most ideal place for it. However, I have not received a full haircut here and I do not think I plan to.
