Getting no where: I had seen two listings online and contacted their agents explaining what I was looking for and that I was an all cash buyer-both agents were busy at the time but promised to call me back and show me other listings in their inventory that would be a fit for me. Anna Skale from Keller Williams and Peter Ryan from Remax lost out on a serious all cash buyer opportunity. Hesitant: I came across a listing online which Fady Salloum from Remax was the agent. Being discouraged from the two previous agents, I didn't bother to call, or e-mail (since I was starting to think all PA real estate agents were unreliable) So I decided to just shoot him a text on June 9th, 2016. Success: Today is July 15, 2016 and we had our closing this morning on a wonderful property in Slatington. 37 days! -within 37 days, I worked with Fady through text,& emails. To my surprise, he contacted me the same night and immediately began working to understand what my husband and I were looking for and how he could assist us. He was always available to us when we needed him, no matter how small our question or concern was. One of the great things about Kevin is that he is not a high pressure salesman. He genuinely wants to make sure that his client is satisfied with the purchase they are making. He showed us multiple houses, and rather than pushing us towards any particular house, he listened to our ideals, goals and preferences, showed us things that fit our vision and ultimately worked hard to get us the home we wanted. We had a particularly difficult seller, but Kevin did all that he could to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that deal went through.
