They even checked in yearly to see how I was doing. Finally, in 2018 (3 years later) I had enough money saved up AND found a grant program to help with my down-payment. Once everything was finalized, they worked hard to put in an offer. I really wanted a condo for my first property that would have a high resale value or that could potentially become a rental property. She managed to find several options in safe neighborhoods with great school districts. For this particular condo, there were 2 other offers (one being a cash offer). Well, Maria was able to get my offer accepted and even had the owners put in a new HVAC. Not only was she a supportive agent, but she really cares. I really had no clue what I was doing and she helped every step of the way. From bringing a night-light before and after my home inspection to ensure all the outlets worked, suggesting I get my locks changed right after settlement, to even sending me a housewarming gift. I closed back in June and she still checks in to see how everything is going. To my surprise, he contacted me the same night and immediately began working to understand what my husband and I were looking for and how he could assist us. He was always available to us when we needed him, no matter how small our question or concern was. One of the great things about Kevin is that he is not a high pressure salesman. He genuinely wants to make sure that his client is satisfied with the purchase they are making. He showed us multiple houses, and rather than pushing us towards any particular house, he listened to our ideals, goals and preferences, showed us things that fit our vision and ultimately worked hard to get us the home we wanted. We had a particularly difficult seller, but Kevin did all that he could to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that deal went through. He shielded us from the difficult communications while still making sure that we knew where things stood at any given moment. Another thing that is really great about Kevin is how much he knows about construction and home building. We ended up in a new construction home and although we had a home inspection, we already knew almost everything the inspector told us because Kevin had pointed them out and explained them to us while showing us the house.
