My 6 month old wasn't feel good, I explained his symptoms and without even taking a look at him they automatically told us to go to the ER. He didn't look pale, he wasn't breathing funny, he just had diarrhea. They went on to say they didn't typically see kids under two, but on their website they have pediatric care. Maybe you guys should take that off! I was wanting a simple peace of mind, and couldn't even get that at a urgent care. All along it was him teething, he wasn't even sick. So just think twice before you bring your children here, they'll most likely tell you to go to an er without even looking at your child. read more

They were all super nice there and made sure everything got done and got me seen asap but the only bad thing is that it has been over 2 hours since I've been there and my prescription never got sent in. Had to end up calling them and took me a few tries to get ahold of them. read more

I made appointment at the clinic I have been there many times . I took my husband saw a provider by the name of Jessica Jackson she tested him for the flu which was negative gave him cough medicine script . Told him if he just wanted to know if it was Covid he could go to cvs and get a home test . 2 days later I was sick with same symptoms , so I went to clinic . The girl came in my room ask my symptoms took my blood pressure and oxygen. Then said I'll have to go talk her before testing to see whatever wants to do . Waited 35 mins the provider comes in (Jessica Jackson) informs me I've probly caught COVID from my husband and if she tested for strep it would be positive due to I had it 4 weeks prior . Then says no fever I said yes this morning she said none now I said I don't know the girl didn't check it we went through this 3 times she said it would have been a swipe across the forehead . Duh I told her again she never checked it . They couldn't find where I had been there Dec 20 2024 or had any medication prescribe to me . Proceeded to say are you sure you came here ? I said yes I came here .sent a script in for cough tabs . Ask if I had any questions no I don't because I don't think she could have answered them . We walk down the hall where you exit the door to leave see goes with me ask the lady behind the desk is that a themather yes replied yes provider gets it holds to my forehead it doesn't work I said I have one at home just like that you just point it to the middle of your forehead . She did no temp . She said guess the Tylenol is working !! Needless to say I won't go back to that clinic again not to say she told me 3 times I didn't have fever I said 3 times I don't know she didn't check it . Looks in my throat says ohh it is red but I don't see no pockets ! Meaning pus pockets . Never done one test said if your chest starts hurting go to ER . Just a heads up not sure why she didn't want do any testing at all .. strep rsv covid and over 25 virus are going around . I called the clinic to find out her name the girl said isn't on your discharge papers I said no I didn't get no discharge papers put me on hold to see who it was I saw . I have been very pleased that this iCare center opened in Harrah. We do not have to go to the doctor often, so we do not have a primary care physician. ICare has been able to take care of our needs from sports physicals to flu diagnosis. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and bright. I appreciate the time the PA takes to diagnose and explain. Also, at other urgent care facilities, we have had long wait times. Here, we are usually able to be seen right away. Today we waited for less than five minutes to be shown to a room. I recommend this facility if you live in the area, and need to be seen quickly. read more

This used to be the urgent care to go to but in the last year it has gone down hill tremendously. I have brough my child in for a sports injury only to have an X-ray done but no physical exam. You make appointments and arrive ontime/early only to wait 39-45 minutes anyway. Diagnoses are missed and it compassion seems to be gone from the practice. read more

I have been to this urgent care clinic multiple times, and every single time they always go above and beyond to address my issues as well as my kiddos issues. I'm so thankful to have this facility in Harrah. Anytime I have seen the nurse practitioner Dustin he always makes me feel better both emotionally and with the proper treatment. If I could give this clinic 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. read more

My children hate the doctors and when my daughter got sick over the weekend I gave this urgent care a try. Best place out there. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The entire staff was amazing. The doctor made my 2 year old feel very comfortable and laugh even when she didn't feel good. Will definitely not go anywhere else. read more

My family and I love this urgent care. We like that it is extremely clean! The staff is friendly and helpful but most importantly Dr. Raju is incredible. He has THE BEST bedside manner. He has been amazing with us and our kiddos each time we have visited. He makes you feel comfortable and he is quick but thorough. We have been to many urgent cares as we still have four children at home and Icare Center is THE BEST by far. They also have the ability to x-ray where other urgent cares around our area don't. We recommend the center to all of our friends and family. read more

Have been here many times for myself and my son. Always a good experience. Front desk staff is okay. But the nurse and provider are always excellent...very friendly and attentive. The only thing I would note is one visit I had terrible bronchitis and they needed an X-ray to check for pneumonia. They admittedly did not have proper equipment for a chest X-ray (the one they had was more for checking for fractures)...they were able to make the equipment they had work but it was not ideal. All in all, I am so glad this provider exists out here and will most definitely continue to use them. read more

I previously left a 1-star review due to horrible billing service but wanted to be fair and offer a second review. The owner of the business followed up after my review was noticed and 100% corrected the billing problem promptly. I have not tried the business again because we have a primary care physician in Harrah that we prefer to use, but I appreciate the prompt correction after my review. If the billing & service department had been as prompt and easy to deal with I wouldn't have previously left the bad review. At least the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. Hopefully they have improved their billing service as Harrah needs this urgent care access. read more
