After the meet and greet, I was able to use their convenient online calendar right away to schedule appointments. We just had the first day of sitting, and I got emails after every visit with pictures, a list of what was done, and a written summary. I just meet with Bob a couple of days before my trip, he already has a set of keys (but first-timers will have to provide him with a set), we go over the whats whens wheres and whys for my particular pets and he's on his way. I come home to healthy happy animals with a daily log explaining his time with my pets. I've gone away as long as two weeks and Bob helps me to rest assured my pets stay in THEIR home and get the best care possible. Bob brings in mail, packages and newspapers so your home is "lived in" and there are no tell-tale signs that the owner is away. I've even asked Bob to locate original documents and overnight them to me in Toronto during a recent trip...and he saved the day! I had my required original documents on time and no one was the wiser. He's a warm, friendly and trustworthy man who your pets will be lucky to have as their care-giver.

We use their doggie day care 1-3x week and have also used for minor grooming like baths and nail trims. We also get our pet food from them along with a number of toys and treats.
