TERRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE a no show fee cause I made a mistake, but then I asked if I took my dog, it would be ok and the charge would be removed? She said yes! Then my husband drops my puppy and she tells him that there was a charge for late fee. What? If I knew, I would have not taken him and just paid the late fee. I called and told her that i was never told. She calls me at 4:14PM to inform that Brody was ready. I went to pick I'm up and she tells me that there is a fee for dog sitting. She told me it was $15 and that she had called me at 3:18. What? There was only a missed called at 4:14pm. And I picked him up within 14 minutes. I told her I would not pay! They were doing all they could to charge an extra fee. That was insane. I told them, this was stealing. If you don't inform someone of a fee, you cannot charge them. Supreme (not just a medium or a large) rave!!!! Just dropped the two boys off for spa day at Le Pup in the Publix shopping plaza on West and Ocoee Apopka Roads. The two looked like overgrown shrubbery and hurricane debris got in a brawl. About three hours later, got the call that Spencer and Oliver were all ready for pick up. They looked and smelled awesome! Went set up an appointment the lady was nice brought my paperwork in proof of vaccinations three days before. I came in with my dog and she wanted to weigh my dog I said OK fine she kept on trying to tell me that the dog was bigger than what the scale said . Even though my paperwork from the veterinarian said he was 40 pounds so I said well let's put them back on the scale again I don't want you to think that you're doing me a favor if she said she would just charge me for the 40 pounds I said I wanna pay you what I/O you before we start but this doesn't seem to be a very good honest relationship here we're looking at the scale together and it's clearly 38/39 pounds you're trying to tell me that the dog weighs more she finally said I don't think we can do your dog trying to rip me off for more money than what I should be paying which I would've paid gladly for as I was paying more to a mobile grooming service. I'm sure many people might be satisfied but this is clearly dishonest and if you look all of her items are marked up super Ha little hole in the wall pet supply store you're better off going to a reputable larger company which I hate to say because I'm a businessman myself unfortunate just keep your eyes out I see a lot of good comments which surprised me maybe The owner lady or employer whoever she was just personally do not like me I don't know. I upon writing this review I came home and weighed my dog and he weighed 39.6 pounds with a harness and a collar on so I was so insulted by this person that's a shame because I really wanted to do business with them but this lady made it hard , don't have time for these games but I am happy for the people that are plays with other or they can have a good relationship with her . This shop is amazing! I started bringing my puppy here for mini grooms as soon as he was fully vaccinated. He had his first full groom at 8 months which to me is amazing because my pup is a ball of energy and excitement. They are so good with him and he looks great too! Great store and if u have any questions, Roger is the man. For example our dog was having rash and digestive issues. He quickly surmised it was food allergen and switched us over to a better quality and easier digestive protein. All health problems went away. In addition, he offers healthy alternatives and suggestions to get away from the chemical crap our vets and others try to have our dogs ingest or get injected with. They offer pet services as well at a very reasonable price. The owner Roger is a former vet - very knowledgeable- and very generous with his time.
