I am a real estate broker and needed to have new signs made with updated branding. I did a small test order with Signs Done Fast but the colors and quality just weren't what I was expecting. When I picked up the signs, I asked about the colors looking dull and the printing fuzzy. I was told the printing machines are all a little different and the colors produced were the same as what was in the file I sent them. I ordered a small sign and paid the full amount for it up front. In the beginning of the process the proof was not sent when stated. I began to doubt the sign would would be ready in the agreed 5-7 business days. It was not. Later, I was given two more delays because a supplier did not provide the necessary materials. After nearly a month and a fourth delay I canceled the order. While everyone I spoke with was polite and seemed helpful the whole deal was a waste of time. The only information I received along the way came after I initiated the request and the completion date always turned out inaccurate. To add an update: My refund was issued within 24 hours upon request. Two days later I received a phone call saying the refund had been made in error and I needed to return it. Supposedly, I had not paid for the sign. I suggested they check their records since I had a receipt showing I paid in full. Haven't heard anything back since then. read more

I'm very disappointed after reading their nice reviews on Yelp. I was off to a great start on my banner project as the business owner reply e-mailed me quickly over the weekend and told me someone would get in touch with me on Monday, which they did. I went in to get a few banners made up and I was explicit about the color blue I needed and even provided CMYK (a specific color code for print) to ensure the color is reproduced properly from digital to print. Anyway, not only did they print my sign on the wrong thickness banner (I requested 15 and they did the thinner 13, but also the color blue was completely darker than what I needed, AND there was a ton of pink/black over-spray around all the lettering). I arrived to pick it all up and the guy I was dealing with during the project left the office right after calling me to tell me it was ready (I arrived a few minutes later) and I had to talk with one of the girls who wasn't up to speed with my job and then hash it out with her, versus dealing with the guy who was well aware of the requirements and that the job was not done correctly). I sent an e-mail to the guy I was dealing with right after pickup and said this is really disappointing, etc. but no call or e-mail today, so now the review. I feel pretty taken advantage of with the sticker pricing/quantity and they wasted my time having me come pick up a banner that was apparently 'ready' but not really, since the colors were wrong, it had pink over spray around text, and was printed on the wrong material. (I was not charged for the product, nor did I take it home, but they did nothing to resolve the situation and get me the CORRECT banner I needed, so I decided to shop elsewhere). On top of all of this, I paid $150 for 100 (one-hundred) 2" by 6" stickers of my logo and just realized now that at any other shop the going rate is about $150 for 1000 (ONE THOUSAND stickers like what I got). Not to get a follow-up call of apology about the banner (and maybe an effort/attempt to get me a new banner done correctly, ASAP) from the guy who was heading up this job petrubed me even more. Instead, they just let my e-mail die and did not reach out to me to try to resolve the situation. I won't be back. read more

Very disappointed. We order a sign for our business, paid the half part for production after some days we received an email saying that the printer was broken and the sign production would be delayed. After waiting some days I had to email back to see when the sign would be ready. We set a date for the installation, I call in the morning to confirm the appointment and the appointment was confirmed between 10am and 12pm. I paid someone to wait at my business for the installation and for my surprise nobody come. I emailed back and got the news that they weren't able to got because someone got stuck at another client. So I lost time and money. I asked if someone could go at the same day and the they said that they could send someone but not the best one. I said ok. The guy came and could put the sign right. They said they gonna send someone out soon to correct the problem. Almost a month after they send someone without letting me know. The guy fixed the sign. I didn't have the money ready since I didn't know that he was coming. Today I got a call saying if I don't pay they will take out the sign. I said I was going there Monday to pay. At first, I tried the big chain stores - both FedEx and UPS were rude, impatient and seemed annoyed when I asked for advice of how best to complete my project.
