What made this a winner for me was the portion and the freshness of the ingredients used. The apples were fresh and plentiful. It was so good. I was hoping that this funnel cake had SOMETHING I could complain about, for the sake of my diet and my hips, but no such luck. Most of the Mexican restaurants in the area serve food that is incredibly bland. Some of the staff here doesn't speak English fluently, but if you want the best tacos in town, you'll pull out Google Translate or something. It's more than worth it. I usually get some combination of carne asada and al pastor. At $3 a piece for tacos, it's not cheap, but it's roughly what they sell for anywhere these days. The house made salsas are all very good. Their avocado salsa is probably the best that I've ever tasted. I'd happily buy a full jar of that. This little food truck is usually parked in the Sheds Direct Lot, across from the Denny's. I haven't quite figured out their hours, but look for feather flags that advertise tacos on Reidville Road. Give this incredible food truck your business. They deserve it.
