The horchata drink, which I so foolishly believed would be a heavenly elixir of delight, instead tasted like the murky remnants of flavored puddle water! My taste buds, once vibrant and eager, were left gasping for reprieve--NO, this is NOT good at ALL! It is a travesty to the culinary world that such a desolate concoction exists! 2. And as if that atrocious drink wasn't enough to shatter my spirits, the restaurant had the audacity to impose a credit card fee of $1.15 on every single customer! How infuriatingly unjust! This illegal practice in South Carolina sent me on a desperate quest to the ATM, fumbling for cash like a prisoner seeking freedom, just to escape this grotesque charge before they would begrudgingly revoke it! 3. But wait! The universe wasn't done tormenting me just yet! The manager, a veritable tyrant cloaked in rudeness, stood as the final nail in the coffin of my joyous evening.
