It turned out that they used an over the counter product found at Home Depot that does nothing for mould. They did not remove the insulation or follow proper procedures, but they billed us for their service. They did work that they had no knowledge of doing or no qualifications. They even offered to write in the contract that they removed the mould. Wickens Dry Ice Blasting was recommended to us from an engineering firm. Simon Brown went over their procedure and gave us a quote and after the work was done tested the air in the attic. Our issue was professionally resolved. The double chocolate tastes like a lighter version of a chocolate truffle - the owner influenced me into trying this flavour and won me over since it wasn't too rich or too sweet, which I deeply enjoyed. The owner is always nice, she works at her own store and always goes the extra mile. There's been many a nights we've showed up 1/2 hour after closing and she's opened up and served us without asking. They carry pretty well the full gamut of B&R products even soft serve. They always have a fully loaded cake fridge and tons of take home tub choices. The place is spotless unlike most of the B&R out there Worth dropping in if your an ice cream junkie just like me. Even if your not you'll enjoy it anyway
