I love a fun and unique ice cream flavor, so I went with Honey Lavender and Lemon Poppy Seed. Both were so incredible! The lavender was not too floral-y and the honey flavor came through very clearly. The lemon was bright but creamy, not sour. The poppy seed added a nice crunchy texture. The ice cream was so smooth and airy, I was surprised I was able to finish both scoops! I'm really pleased to have found a great artisanal ice cream shop on Long Island. The pastry counter was loaded with selections of beautiful cake slices, Cannoli, and pastries that represent probably 20 different countries around the globe..they also had an ice cream area and a bar so we will check that out next time. This location is in sea cliff long island but when you walk through it you'll feel like your on Los Olas Blvd or South Beach in Florida.
