They print a calendar for me for the next 6+ months and are always on schedule. Michael is super nice; sometimes he is just totally pooped at the end of his day and calls me on my mobile to ask if its okay to make the delivery the next day. I don't usually like for vendors to have my personal number but it is always nice to hear from Michael. The product is terrific. The 5 gallon bottles are heavy and one slipped and broke in the house.
