And now the water tastes absolutely fabulous with the help of the Lone Star water system. Each of the employees that we dealt with was kind and thorough in their work. After the freeze a few years back my water softener was destroyed because the previous homeowners…read morehad placed it outside. We called Pureworld to see how much it would cost to fix it. We got a quote also to see how much it would cost to move it inside the garage. Luckily, they gave us a very good price on a brand new unit inside my garage with PEX plumbing. So this past winter I wasn't worried about my water softener freezing because it was inside my garage protected from the elements. While they were working on that I asked them about a reverse osmosis water filtration system. They were able to replace my existing set up and I asked them to hook it up to my refrigerator as well. So I do not have to replace the refrigerator filter and I get reverse osmosis water chilled and ice! They call once a year to replace the filters and with labor it's just a little more than Amazon.
