On March 10th I purchased a $115.00 mod. I have been burning through coils this week so I brought it in. They looked it over and determined it to be the tank. Keep in mind 45 days ago when I purchased it, the staff was stating that it is the very best tank and makes all others inferior. Well... my tank made it 40 days. No issues, no dropping or banging it, it stopped making contact. They said it was passed the 30 day manufacturers warranty. No goodwill attempt no prorating no man that sucks. Just, you'll need to drop more money. Best of luck with customer retention. I will not be back. Please check my account though as I have dropped a few grand in your store.
