They have everything from pet supplies to grocery pantry to toys, household, cleaners, and items, and even a section for parties. Think of a mini Walmart but more colorful and inviting. The prices of their items are pretty reasonable as well. Some of the prices being comparable if not better than someof the big names brand stores. It was easy to navigate an easy to find all the items we were looking for in each individual section of the store. Definitely worth a commute over to the millennia area.

So she took my number to call when found, well never called. But went in 2 weeks later and she had 4 on the side for me. Then manager, that looks like he's on his last leg took my number to call me when other 4 appeared. Well went in today and he says there in the back somewhere, that he doesn't know where either, but has not stocked anything. I tried ordering online and they canceled order. Today he and another clerk can't even explain a receipt to me, they left me wondering. What the hell has happened to customer service!!?? I did a quick search and turns out D&G was just around the corner from me. This is a family-owned local gem that specializes in baking & party supplies. When I walked in, the staff quickly greeted me and asked how they could help. I told them I was looking for multi-colored standard balloons, so they led me over to the balloon section and they had just what I needed. I purchased the pack for $3.99 and then they can add helium for $1.50 per balloon. I only needed 6 blown up, so I pulled out the ones that I wanted and then the associate went into the back to inflate them for me. The customer service was top notch and I'll definitely be back for my party needs in the future. And if you're a baker or pastry chef, this is place is your playground!

What did I do? Yep, left this till about two days before the event (whoops). When I was calling around Orlando for pricing to compare, everyone I spoke to was very "eh" and then I was lucky enough to call BBJ Linen and spoke with Dona. She was so pleasurable and helpful! She worked with me to get me exactly what I needed for the event and did it with a smile. Yes, I could HEAR her smiling on the other end. I could tell she knew she was in the customer service world and LIKED it. And it's sad that it's hard to find people like that these days. Since it was a Wednesday and most linens were rented already, she worked with me to get a mixture of my colors, black and red and even explained each option. SUPER helpful and nice. They were ready the next day, cc accepted and pick/up or delivery was an option. I picked them up and it was a pleasant experience as well, they were very helpful and loaded the car. I had the option to either ship them back (free of charge) or deliver them back myself. I was in the neighborhood so I dropped them back off myself, super easy! 2 thumbs up for great customer service. AND, the linens looked great during the event!
