There is a difference between accommodation and pressure when a patient is considering treatment. I opened a credit line for CareCredit against my own judgment and when I asked for documentation for my application, the inflated quote invoice, and an invoice for the treatment plan, I did not receive a follow up. Was told I have to come in person, despite me telling them I don't have time. They don't have an online portal either. I'm still having to deal with getting this financial issue off my credit. That time, they treated me with the machines called: " EMS , IST " and finished it when the doctor adjusted my bones. I was so excited to hear the "popping sounds" when doing that and the pain level was decreased in ~60% at the first time. Then I just needed to come to see him for 3 more days until the pain was completely released. Today 10/29 I came here with the the neck pain caused by sleeping with the wrong position in 7 hours. It hurts so badly - even if I have to look to the left/right side , I had to move my whole body to prevent moving my head even just a bit. The lady - her name is Cristina , who helped me with the laser therapy and EMS. She was so nice to come and ask me every 5 mins if I'm ok with the intensity. Unlike the other clinic ( not to mention here ), they left me alone when they just finished setting up the machine!!! Dr.Brian Vu gave me an even better combination of treatments this time. He has his new machine is called "shocking wave". I first started with EMS machine then laser therapy , shocking wave, adjustment, cupping therapy. The shocking wave was the best for me today. I like the EMS but this new machine is even better than the EMS JUST RIGHT AT THE TIME WHEN THEY FINISHED using that on me. I was thinking about giving a review tomorrow to see if the pain level is decreased a lot or not because Dr.Vu said that " Don't worry, it will be totally fine tomorrow ". However, It's getting better over the short time (30 - 90 mins after I left his clinic) which is unexpected for me because it usually takes 4-5 days to reach this improved pain level if I let it heals itself!!!
