YOU NEED TO COME HERE! I didn't catch his name, but the…read moreowner is extremely friendly and incredibly proud of his product. He even shared his process with me, from how he monitors the oil temperature to prevent soggy churros, to his house-ground cinnamon sugar. You can really taste the care he puts into it. The true test? I drove 10 minutes home with my AC blasting, let them sit for another 30 minutes while I ate dinner, and they were still perfectly crispy. No sogginess at all, just a strong, rich cinnamon scent and flavor. I tried the guava, coconut, and blueberry dipping sauces, and every single one is a hit, you truly can't go wrong with any of them. Honestly, it's dangerous living so close to this stand because resisting this temptation is going to be tough. Definitely give them a try!

Best Churros in Town! This place was recommended to me as…read morehaving the best churros ever, and they lived up to the hype! Food: - Churros are made fresh to order and hand-dipped in a generous coating of cinnamon sugar - Texture is perfect--crispy and golden on the outside, while soft, chewy, and slightly gooey on the inside -The cinnamon sugar ratio is spot-on, and because each churro is hand-coated, every bite is packed with flavor Sauces: Honestly, the churros don't need sauce, but if you are a sauce person... - Chocolate: Rich, smooth Ghirardelli chocolate - Lechera: Classic sweetened condensed milk - Blueberry: Surprisingly bold blueberry flavor - Coconut: Unexpected favorite that adds a unique tropical twist and pairs surprisingly well Service & Ambiance: - Located in the same parking lot as Brother's Cousins Tacos, making it the perfect spot to enjoy tacos and churros - Eric, the owner, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and passionate about his craft - The recipe originated in Madrid, Spain, and Eric added his own Mexican-inspired cinnamon sugar twist since traditional Spanish churros are not coated in cinnamon sugar
