This one is also conveniently located by the Tom Graham Arena so there are facilities and parking nearby. They had an art show the day we were going so the lot was quite full on the side closest to he community center but there was still a lot of parking spots farther on. The skate trail actually has a little dedicated area for changing that's indoors or they have tables and benches outside (fingers might get cold!). It's a trail through some trees that kind of loops around so it's a lot more interesting than going around in circles. They play music as well to add to the liveliness.

Great lighting and party atmosphere. An absolute blast for the family or a birthday party. I was here yesterday for what they call a "Well Rounded People Party" something the East Side Wash Project puts together semi-regularly. It's basically a huge awesome skate party. You pay $5 to get in and then can rent skates for $1. It benefits a great cause and is a fun time all around, even if you're not a huge skater. I've never really skated on roller skates before and while it took some getting used to and I fell a few times, I ended up having a blast. DJ Cutler and a few other DJs were spinning great music and there was even a disco ball. Definitely check this place out if you get a chance and if you see a skate party coming up...attend! It's a great time!

As a box lacrosse arena, it gets the job done, but it would be nice if the rink had turf. Otherwise, it was a good venue, the sightlines were good and concessions were good as well with reasonable prices. Admission ($10) was a good price for an evening of entertainment, and it was an enjoyable way to spend the evening. I look forward to coming back for another game next season.

You must register online Ajax.ca/skating way before your thinking of coming out for a skate, this can't be a spontaneous idea, keep reading to find out about our horrible excursion this Sunday. We arrived with no reservations. We were placed on a waiting list. I told the nice lady my sons will come collect their bracelets at 5:35pm if there is any no shows of the people that registered. This was at 4pm. I went back home. 2. At 5:40pm my kids call me to inform me that they can't get on the ice because they are not of legal age to sign the waiver. Yes you must sign a waiver for Covid tracing. I get it but why wasn't this told to me when I was there? So I have to leave home get back to the rink to sign the waiver. 3. By the time this was completed, the boys got to skate for 10 min. I'm sure your thinking be great full they even got to skate. However, we left home at 3:30pm the kids waited 1:45 outside. We are now leaving the rink at 6:25pm and they got ten min. of skating. I hope this helps other and you don't have to go through this the next time you decide to go for a skate on an outdoor rink.

City of Toronto services includes: a new...the 100th Toronto Public library, a Wedding Chapel, Tax & Water, Traffic Services, City Clerk, City Planning Services, Fire Services, etc. An existing ground floor area is being renovated for a Dental Clinic (which will move from 160 Borough Drive next door that is also home to a Health Clinic). Outside, there's a waterfall and a reflecting pool which becomes a skating rinks in winter plus the surrounding Albert Campbell Square. Many City of Toronto plus community groups hold events here year round. Examples include job fairs and concerts. This oasis of calm is found between the Scarborough Civic Centre and Scarborough Town Centre. Came here during the lunch rush and just took a look around at the sculptures and architecture. Sat down at one of the many benches (they have many tables as well) shaded by the trees and enjoyed listening to the birds and the sound of the man made waterfall. After my moment of calm I headed to the busy Towne Centre, I was ready to face the masses.
