Their customer service and support exceeds expectations and is the best I have seen in this industry in over 20 years and three states we lived in and replaced similar systems. Last spring they relaced our heater / AC with new high efficiency Lennox units and today they replaced our two water heaters with Rheem units. Both installs were done professionally and their install staff are the best, brightest, respectful, and honest. Kudos to Nate who did our install today! Everyone is amazing to work with and the work they do is not the minimum of what is needed, but what will last the life of the systems. I know I can trust them and they have our back. Well done MHS!
