We learned that the main loop trail there is about 1.9 miles round-trip. As you cross the bridge onto the island, trails crisscross through a peaceful, natural area with interpretive signs, and you get to hear birds calling and see fish jumping in the water. Fun fact: Blackbird Island was formed from silt left by the old Lamb-Davis Lumber Mill, making it part of the reclaimed land that now hosts this lovely park. It's a great place to stretch your legs, get fresh air, enjoy nature, and just take in the views. I highly recommend stopping here if you're in Leavenworth!

We visited Enchantment Park during Thanksgiving week, just one day after a beautiful snowfall, and it truly felt like stepping into a winter postcard. We parked in the main lot where there are clean restrooms, a playground, a skateboard park, and even a designated sledding hill -- perfect for families and outdoor lovers alike. Everything was easy to access and well maintained. From there, we hiked the 2 mile scenic trail that winds along the banks of the Wenatchee River. The snow-dusted trees and river views were absolutely breathtaking. We crossed over to Blackbird Island, which is a fantastic spot for photos -- especially with fresh snow on the ground. The walking paths connecting from Commercial Street make the park incredibly convenient to access right from downtown. It was an exhilarating, refreshing, and healthy hike -- the perfect way to spend a crisp late-November day.

The bridge is very cool to walk across and see, and as a bonus there is a small little beach area along the river that our dogs very much enjoyed. Some parts of shaded in some parts of expose, so just know that if you are planning to walk this trail in the middle of a hot summer day.

It is an old water pipeline carry water for steam locomotives…read moreentering a nearby tunnel. they simply cut it in half and made it a walking bridge! the trail goes on for quite a while, but would be nice if you could easily get to the waters edge. there are some great pools to float in if you could get down to them! They even have restrooms and a sandy beach on the highway side of river. don't blow by this little gem when visiting Leavenworth, you will love it!

Very overpriced and the experience…read morewasn't fun for me and my family, it was extremely hot when we went tubing and even though we applied sunscreen we all still got extremely sunburnt. The "paddles" are ridiculous too using frisbees as paddles to go downstream for 4 miles is absolutely ridiculous and extremely difficult. We should've been given actual paddles to make it through the river. The service wasn't that great as well the workers some were nice but some of them were pretty insensitive. I don't think I would recommended or pay for this service again.

When the gazebo was not active, Christmas music was being played throughout the park. With the visitors and town decked out for the holidays, it was magical. There was an area where several people were sledding off a little ledge at the top of the park. There were lots of lights and snow the day we visited. They had several porta potties outside and hand washing station. Would recommend eating nearby and using an indoor restroom. Especially when it's cold outside.

Wetsuit was "suitable" for the water temp! We were an inexperienced family of two adults and two young teens. It's was the perfect combination of weather, river currents to float time. We were looking for a fun adventure that the whole family could enjoy. My son had just turned 10…read moreand wanted to take one of his school buddies with him. We read the reviews online and called them to book our adventure. We were treated with kindness and respect from the time that we got there. We signed the requisite waivers and were told that the rapids head tamed down to class three which was very manageable and safe for the family. They outfit you with wet suits and boots and it's suggested that you bring your own hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. Our guy took the time to get to know all the folks that were in our group and arranged us in the raft, according to our age and abilities. My son and his friend sat towards the back of the raft, which turned out to be the safest and driest location. After a short walk-through of expectations and paddling instruction, we got underway. Smooth sailing for the 1st mile or so, and then we hit our first group of rapids. The guy did an outstanding job of keeping us afloat and telling us which side to paddle aggressively, and which side to back off on. Throughout the day, this continued and we hit several more aggressive rapids that were challenging, but a lot of fun. Photographers are located throughout the course and will get some great pictures of your group as you head down the river. They are available for purchase at the end. Overall, a great experience and a great day with osprey rafting company. Highly recommended!

My family and I were treated with respect and attention to detail in the customer service received was excellent, even going out of their way to place phone calls to verify operation hours for the day for us on the hill. We will definitely recommend this location to all of our family and friends and will be stopping by again next time we are in the area. They do rental tubings in the summer to River flow and snow supplies in the winter for the nearby ski hill.

They have a detailed guide for every possible incident because how unpredictable the water can be and we knew what to do when called to action. My wife was knocked right off the raft and the correct action was done to get her back in the raft. Highly recommend!
