Used this to get from Snow Lakes Trailhead to Colchuck Lakes Trailhead. Well worth it! They were running a little behind, but got us there in 20 minutes. The road to the trailhead can be bumpy and their vans power through. Not to mention on an August Saturday, the parking at Colchuck Lake will be full by 430, so having someone drop you off is helpful. The drivers were friendly, fun and gave good tips on conditions and the hike. FYI - parking at the Snow Lakes lot at 450 on a Saturday was full and had to park on the road. read more

Reservation of the shuttle was easy on-line. They sent regular messages confirming the reservation before our trip, and the picture of the pick-up location was helpful. Easy to book. The guys are on time. We met up at 5 and started the hike at 5:30. When you book, you get confirmation and a calendar reminder and a text reminder the day before. You can use either to show the drivers. read more

I had thought this company was a great idea for all the benefits they list -- less gas used, fewer cars on the road, convenience -- but after seeing how they operate in the field, I am letting folks know this company is not good for the local community and the outdoors. Their drivers flash their lights and honk, rudely trying to push their way past other drivers on gravel roads with potholes that need to be driven slowly and safely. The outdoors is for everyone and nobody is entitled to storm their way through the crowd simply b/c they feel entitled to greater access than anyone else. I was embarrassed by this company's behavior. If you use this service, please encourage your driver to be respectful of others and the outdoors. read more

Friendly, organized, and punctual, even at 5am! As we were unloading, the driver overheard me tell my friend that I left the dome light on in my truck. With a 21-mile, 14 hour hike ahead of us, there was a good chance my battery would die at some point. Our driver offered to take my key fob and turn the light off for me, and hide the fob behind my tire, saying he's done it many times before for other hikers! So glad I went with Loop Connector for my solo Enchantments thru hike. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were so understanding of special circumstances. I had scheduled for mid September, but the air quality turned hazardous. I emailed and explained my personal situation - could only do it in September before my relocation. They rescheduled me with no further questions asked. The morning of, they were punctual and super friendly. Due to COVID, they now have two vans to accommodate customers while ensuring physical distancing in the vans (only two parties, up to four people maybe). I asked, and it turns out that they also can accommodate customers on weekdays if the party is "big enough". Makes sense for a small business. Just email them. I feel this is better than the other option Leavenworth Taxi & Shuttle, which regularly services during the week but charges $50 for solo customers. Even if you have two cars, this might be a better option considering you save gas on the second car, and the road to the Snow Lakes TH is super bumpy. read more

For a solo trail runner, this was a godsend. Also, I arrived to much more snow than anticipated and thought about ditching my plans -- the driver gave me up-to-the minute trail conditions report that prompted me to go ahead. I've run Enchantments several days and this was the best, most beautiful day out of all. Plus I connected with another couple of runners in the van and we ran all. the snow sections together for safety, which was awesome. Then I dropped them ;) And no worries about wrecking my car on the way up -- it was the fastest, smoothest, most enjoyable trip to the trailhead ever. This service was amazing. They drove up to Stuart lake trailhead much quicker than I have ever been able to in my car, as the road is terrible and is so hard on your car and tires. Also, after hiking almost 20 miles, it is a drag to drive up and down that terrible road for an hour roundtrip. Was nice to just hop right in our car and head home. Would recommend! read more

As someone wanting to hike the enchantments thru-hike, the loop shuttle was a super convenient option that allowed us to bring just one car in order to complete the hike. While the email confirmation mentioned to look for a sketchy white van, there were many sketchy white vans that arrived top of the hour from different shuttle services. This was confusing and as a result we actually missed the loop shuttle because we were waiting at the other side of the parking lot where we saw white vans gather, which turned out to be the Leavenworth shuttle. Luckily we were able to catch a ride on the Leavenworth shuttle to the Stuart lake trailhead, however, I wish there was a little more clarification from the loop connector shuttle about what to expect in terms of where to meet more specifically in order to not cause any confusion. Overall the shuttle services seems very efficient and timely! read more
